Is there a fix for the broken image in the Blog Posts List Section? I’m unable to create a support ticket but this is a feature that was supposed to come with the theme as purchased. When I add a Blog Posts List section to my template, once I tell it which blog to use, the featured image doesn’t appear at all.

I have a shopify store and having issue with product filter option. I have multiple tag filter like Category, Occasion, Fabric, Pattern, Style etc. all are working with Tags. And in filter there is some bugs regarding Inner and Outer filter condition if I use Search and Discovery App “And” condition then this condtion is apply for all inner filter and Outer filter both.
I need a option with filter like working with ‘Or’ condition in inner filter and ‘AND’ condition in Outer filter can you fix this bug for me if i purchase this theme?
It is working fine with Size, Price, Product Type, and Availibility but not work fine with All Tag filters.
Example Occasion selected – Casual wear, Office wear Pattern selected – Print, Solid Style selected – Contemporary, Fusion
Correct logic to be used: (Casual wear OR Office Wear) AND (Print OR Solid) AND (Contemporary OR Fusion)

With Filter by tag, it is supported to split into different block types but it is still essentially one, so it still uses the logic you set up in the app. We regret that we cannot do it as requested you describe.
The variant part of ella6.6.6 version conflicts with the Tabs Studio plug-in. When clicking on the variant, the tab plug-in fails.

- On the product page, we have several sections available for you to add the collection you want to show. Or there are some sections you need to set up in the Shopify Search & Discovery app. If you want to show the section with a special layout and logic, you can send a mockup or a more detailed description for us to help you check.

- We regret that we can not custom code to show the number you mentioned. We recommend that you should use Shopify app for this function.

- Review function is not available on theme so you will need to use the App for this function.

- We don’t really understand your request clearly. You mean is that you want users to access and make purchases via Mobile, is that right? If yes, then the Ella theme is designed for all devices and is responsive, you can completely use it on different devices.
Or if you are looking for a mobile app? We don’t have app/addon for the theme, but most of the new functions are built-in. Can you tell us what functionality you are looking for?

Hello Team, We are using Ella theme for one of our project, When we use Variant Image Grouped option it asks us to change the alt text for the respective images as per variant names, but if we made changes in alt text then it we will hamper the SEO of the website. We use meta description_excerpt to provide extra descriptions to our customers were your short description block would typically display on a product page. Aswell as the Descrption tab at the bottom contaning bullet point info. We wanted to know if the theme supports this as we cant seem to figure it out. Cheers.

No, so we have two descriptions on our product page. The first is the meta description_excerpt which describes the product. Then the second is the description tab below which is bullet points. At present the theme can only seem to show a copy of the description tab using the short description block. So the descriptions are the same.
Instead of showing our meta description_excerpt description and the description tab bullet points at the bottom seperately (Two different descriptions), this is what we are trying to achieve. We were able to do it with our other themes but this one is giving us trouble.

The short description is extracted from the full description, but it does not apply the HTML code, while the description tab shows the full description.

With update theme, custom works on the previous versions will not be included in the update and you need to redo it. Ella is the same as any other Shopify themes in Shopify platform. That is when a new update version released, it will be a core theme source, independent from the previous ones you are using. Thus, your changes on the previous versions will not be included in the update.
