We replaced all our theme sliders with our own custom sliders instead of using Slider Revolution plugin. There is no option to import the slider as a separate entity. The only way to import it is to import the entire demo website using the latest theme version.

Hi there – Question, if you have an archivable attribute e.g. brand, is there a way to view all the brands on one page? I see individual attributes such as brands appear under brands/brand-name (attribute-name/attribute) but brands/ or attribute-name/ does not list all the configured terms for the attributes.
I tried to work around it by adding categories for each attribute for html-blocks but that does not show all the items under the html blocks under the categories either on the front-end. e.g. cms_block_cat/collections/ doesnt show anything under it.
So above we have 2 questions, 1. how to view all configured attribute terms under and archived attribute (not single terms) and 2. how to view all html blocks under a category.
I appreciate your help.

Unfortunately, there is no such option in our theme and WooCommerce by default. It may require additional code customization or an extra plugin but we don’t have an instruction for this. It is out of our theme support scope.

Thank you, note: there is a view link displayed under the HTML blocks category that doesn’t work show the content in the category, perhaps it should be disabled to avoid the confusion.

The dynamic discount rule does not work in specific categories and products, but when I had set it for all products then it worked fine

I don’t understand why there is no option for portfolio thumbnail with text over the image. You only have text under image and on hover. However for blog you have this option. It would be great to have the same text over image style as in the blog post for portfolio as well.
Could you add this portfolio thumbnail style? Or is there a way to make it manually via css or something?

I have bought this theme multiple times, however, I am currently facing problems on various websites. The desktop access works fine, but the mobile access is problematic. The mobile access keeps redirecting and claims that the phone is infected with viruses. Despite clearing the caches on my phones, the issue continues to persist.

Mega Electronics Demo is 188 Requests.
Default or Decor Demo only 40 Requests.To get the best speed. Is it better choose a demo with lower number of Requests?

The difference is in our cache plugin configuration for these two demos. Mega electronics demo doesn’t have the CSS & JS files combine option enabled. But you can enable this on your website and reduce number of requests on this demo too.

There’s a problem with a website. This file is loading from Woodmart, because I deactivated all plugins and I changed the theme and error dissapeared.

Kindly assist. HTML blocks are not accessible by editors in Elementor. It says access denied. The editor can edit HTML blocks only with wp editor. The editor also can edit posts and pages in elementor just fine. This problem only occurs with the HTML blocks. We’ve used user role plugin to give the editor full 11 HTML blocks permissions but the error persists.
Adding on- Only the admin can edit the HTMLblocks in elementor without an error.

Per the bug assist request, it only works with admin and not the editor roles. You have an admin role. I don’t see any editor roles you created to test. Please try it as an editor and help to resolve. Having to give admin roles to editors does not work for us.
Try to add the following PHP code snippet to the child theme functions.php file to change this

I misspoke, the “access denied” error is gone, but none of the elementor tools on the sidebar are visible to the editor, just the settings bar is visible. The waffle menu icon does not bring any of the editing tools to use.
