There is no way to import the dummy data. I have uploaded the wordpress only zip file. I just have a blank home page, and a blog page that is blank as well. There is NOTHING. There are no plugins, there are no menus, there is ZERO dummy import. I have tried several times to upload the zip file. Can someone please help me.
After installing theme – you should activate purchase code and then need to install required plugins and then need to import demo data. If you will not able to get it. Try to create support ticket – we will help you.

I have already done both. Kinda silly response. The theme is there, and it is activated, but there is ZERO content, other than a Blog Page and a Home page. I have also submitted a ticket. I am asking for your help.
There is nothing on the Blog page. There is nothing on the home page. It just says Blog page and Home page. There are no plugins to activate other than the ColBlocks. No other plugins imported. I have tried several times to upload the theme and it changes nothing. I do not want to deactivate the theme, as I am afraid that I will have to purchase the theme again because the code will deactivate as with some themes. I have also submitted a ticket. I have also tried to use your chat, but there is no response there either.

Hello, there is an incompatibility with Elementor version 3.26.0. Elementor widget panel not loading. However, I’m not sure whether the problem is with you or with them

Everything works fine with my current version 3.25.10. See Elementor’s warning message below:

I have 2.0.1. But I downloaded the latest version available from the themeforest website.

Please download full package from themeforst and after downloading extract it and there you will find educavo-plugins.zip file. You will extract then you will get plugins and install those. Thanks
I finally deleted the plugin entirely and installed it again. I now have version 2.0.4, I then installed Elementor version 3.26.1 and everything now works perfectly.

Just install the educavo.zip into appearance -> Themes and replace the older version. Same for the plugins. Install bundle plugins and replace the older versions. Thanks

Please follow envato market plugin documentation and set your api key token and configure the plugin so that you can update theme from backend.

If envato market plugin not worked for theme update. You should update theme manually.
Download latest version of theme theme from themeforest. Navigate to Appearance -> Themes -> Add New -> Upload
Just upload the theme package and replace old package. Then you are done. Hoping you will get it.

I just checked – in your admin no order was completed. Without completing order – you will not get option for start learning. Thanks
According to the Woocommerce settings, the start of training is the status “in progress”, and the status “completed” means that the training is completed. But you can check it now, even with the “completed” status, the “start learning” button is not available in the course, there is still the “add to cart” button. Also note that in the user section ”/dashboard/” – the course did not appear in the section “Courses you are enrolled in” and “Order history”, which means that this is some kind of error on your side, please check the template
Did you try by registering as a student and buy the course and then check it? It should work. This is not theme related issue. This course enroll and payment things happening through TutorLMS and Woocommerce, So would you follow by registering as a student not as admin and not processing the payment manually. Hoping you will get it then. Thanks
