This issue may be due to an updated Pixwell Core. Please ensure that you have updated Pixwell Core after updating the theme.
You should see the notification asking for update Pixwell Core when updating the theme successfully. You can also navigate to “Appearance > Install Plugins”, then check and update all default plugins.
We have also just released version 11.1 with some bug fixes. Please update!

I just purchased the Pixwell theme and am encountering an issue with the demo content files. I meticulously followed the documentation setup instructions, but the demo-content folder seems to be missing several key files referenced in the guide.
Specifically, the files all-content.xml, only-page.xml, theme-option.txt, and widget.wie are absent. This prevents me from importing the pre-configured theme options, which would allow me to quickly replicate the look and feel of the live preview (a major selling point for me!).
To expedite my project setup, I would appreciate it if you could address this issue by:- Updating the documentation: If the documentation is doesn’t reflects the current download structure, a prompt update would be helpful.
- requesting a refund: I really like theme features but it’s really hard for me to do theme option manually myself if so i’m just considering a refund because i didn’t achieve what i was hoping for

Regarding the fallback method, as the importer has been functioning smoothly without any issues for many years, we’ve decided to discontinue support for this method. Simply unzip the theme folder > plugins > pixwell-importer.zip, and then unzip this file again refer to the demo folder. You’ll find all the content there, including files and image showcases.

Firstly, please ensure you have updated Pixwell Core to version 11 after updating the theme. If not, the update notice should appear, or you can navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins.
In the new version, we’ve added a feature that prevents posts from displaying again if queried on a page. It’s called Unique Post in Theme Options > Theme Design > Unique Post. This may be causing the issue, so please check these settings and toggle them based on your needs.
