Hello. I installed the theme and activated the license on a domain, however, I will not use this domain anymore. I bought this amazing template.
When i fetching videos with the “youtube automatic” it generated so many image in different size. I counted it and “vidorev” made at least 22 different size from the same image. How can I prevent it, or reduce the generated image quantity?

Hello, I am looking for a WordPress theme that meets specific criteria for a client’s project. The website will be managed solely by my client and used to sell and display his own embedded videos. These videos will not be downloadable but viewable only on the site. Here are the detailed requirements for the theme:
1. Can videos be viewed directly on the site? 2. Can users purchase videos through the site? 3. Is there a possibility for users to get a refund if needed? 4. In Dashboard > Emails, we have all the emails that are sent out by our site to our members.
We notice that, under every email, there are 2 custom fields :
beeteam368_tmdb_data beeteam368_tmdb_tv_data
No matter what we do, we cant delete them. They always return. So, we have questions :
1. What are they? 2. Why can’t we delete them? 3. How do we delete them?
As you know, under the GDPR, we are obliged to explain every single data grab on our website or face millions of Euros in fines + jail.

So, these are default Buddypress emails based on the default setup of your theme, pulling custom fields from your theme’s default custom fields. TMDB is related to The Movie Database. So not picked up randomly by Buddypress.
We have Buddypress set up on other sites with other themes and BP never pulls custom fields to The Movie Database.
We need to be clear about this for legal reasons. Kindly advise.

VidoRev does not interfere with buddyPress’s mail processing. You should recheck your settings. Because there are hundreds of different custom fields. If checking is needed, please extend support for help.
BuddyPress has its own settings, it is a plugin not a theme. Please do not confuse this.

But, like I said, this has legal repercussions for EU biz owners.
So, we’re going to set up your theme on a localhost with BP per your default setup this weekend to check again if this is a 3rd party discovering custom fields from your theme and adding them to every single outgoing email to try to understand why BP only does this with your theme.
Because we tried this on Monday, and in a fresh localhost setup, those custom fields from your theme were indeed there!
We just want to know why. So we can explain this in our Privacy Policy!
You should check your work again. Maybe you added them yourself without remembering doing it in the past.

So, now you think we are creating beeteam custom fields….alas! We dont even use the theme for movies!
Like I said, we needed this in writing for legal reasons. We got that.
We’re not saying you create those custom fields, the point is maybe you declared it somewhere and forgot about it ( Or added those fields to a 3rd party declaration option that you don’t remember… )

There’s no magic way for those fields to appear in your emails. Those are the data fields declared in the video post.

Regarding PPV. Paid Membership Pro is kinda expensive when it comes to PPV or Pay Per post as it is called in wordpress terms. I own a Armember license which has this function included in standard license. Can you confirm if Armember is compatible with your theme?

Hi. I have a site using this theme https://www.redvido.com/. I have 70k movies on it and it seems like the plugin is too slow for too many posts. I disabled the plugin VidoRev Extensions and it is fast again. Is there other way for me to make it faster without disabling the plugin. Thank you!

Hi, does the theme/plugin still support auto fetching featured image from Facebook videos when imported? The features section on Themeforest states image importing for FB is supported, but it doesnt work for me. Youtube does, FB it imports the Video but no thumbnail image… I have a Live Business App and all in active on the FB side of things

Do you know any reason why channels are not being added from front end but they are from back end… videos can be added fine from both. Contact forms for both have same mail settings and showing no errors
same with playlists! Can only add from back end. Videos work from both

Have found the issue… using the submit video page – then add channel tab on that page it works. However, if I take the shortcode for add channel and use it on its own seperate page it doesnt do anything. Not a problem as can work around…
Should new channels show on the youzify activity wall though? They dont at the moment and cant see any settings in youzify to add them to wall activity. Not a big problem if they dont, just thought they would do.
