Hello , I want to ask one thing , I bought your theme, activated it on one site , but after a year I deactivated the license on the theme and I want to use the license on another domain and another site , but when I enter the license code it says that the theme is activated on another site only I have already deactivated it 100% , what should I do to reactivate the theme again ? I’m sure the license is not activated anywhere but still it doesn’t work on the new site. , thank you for your reply

As we can see, your purchase code is already activated. If you want to activate it again, you need to remove all the activations in your account first. You can do this on this page https://xtemos.com/my-account/ After this, you will be able to activate the theme with your purchase code without any issues. Note that you can activate it twice: one on your development website and one on the production.

I would like to add “VAT” field information of my “Checkout”. The new version of “Checkout” does not support the ability to add a field (with an additional plugin such us the “Flexible Checkout Fields”). It is disappointing not to be able to add fields for issuing invoices.
How can I use the previous version of “Checkout”?

Unfortunately, there is no such option in our theme and WooCommerce by default. It may require additional code customization or an extra plugin but we don’t have an instruction for this. It is out of our theme support scope.

Dear Team, I can’t send a screenshot here, but it’s a simple issue. In the theme settings, even after enabling the “Enable maintenance mode” option, maintenance mode is not showing to visitors without logging in. I have also cleared the cache. This issue has arisen after the recent update.

Hello, My Woocommerce product filters like color, size etc. on the product category pages are showing on a desktop in the left sidebar. But on a mobile they are at the bottom of the page. Not in a hamburger menu above the products. Did I miss a checkbox or something? Can someone help me with this?

I think the issue here is your theme. I tried all the troubleshooting like disabling plugins. It is just the theme itself BUGGY. Update the theme, fix the issues.
