I have a pretty good handle on this listingpro issue but 6 months ago I lost access to my email so I stopped receiving updates but the truth is that it is excellent. It has enough functions that are easily adapted to what is required.

First of all, I am very impressed with your theme. It has been a great asset for my business, and I am very happy with it. However, I have recently started facing some issues that seem to be internal technical problems with the theme.

Business Hours Issue: After the latest update, I noticed that even after adding the business hours for all 7 days, the business profile page incorrectly shows “Tuesday off.” It seems to be a technical bug. How can I fix this?

Multiple Closed Days: Additionally, I need to mark two separate days as off/business closed in a week. How can I configure this to show correctly on the business profile page?

Your assistance with these issues would be greatly appreciated, even though my support period has expired. Thank you for your help.

Currently, ListingPro does not natively support restricting access to all listings based on a paid recurring subscription plan. However, there are workarounds and customizations that can be implemented to achieve this functionality.

Hello, is it possible that each account that rents a house is an individual stripe account?

Currently, ListingPro supports centralized payment processing through a single Stripe account. This means that all transactions are handled through one main Stripe account associated with your website.

If you require each user to have their own Stripe account for receiving payments directly, you might need to consider additional custom development or a third-party plugin that supports Stripe Connect or a similar functionality.

Pre purchase question. Is it posible to customize the content of the cards in search archive view without modifing the code. I mean is it posible to custimize the card by editing a templete or something. The reason is i need add more fields to be displayed in the card view. (manufactured year, engine capicity,... Etc) also I need to add a “verified” badge on listings of verified users.

hello – wondering if this has an option, such as a shortcode or block that any of the search bars used in your headers/banners can be placed on a stand-alone page. OR do they only exist in those pre-set headers/banners? Couldn’t find this in your documentation and need to find this our for a client interested in the theme

Also when editing a listing as site admin, I cannot edit features or anything, after business logo. Was there yesterday, gone today. Can’t figure out why? Refresh page, nothing, I have to go into Listing pro dashboard under my admin profile and edit those parts.

Additional form fields are not showing on Submit Listing or Edit Listing. Tried exclusive from categories (so it shows on all) and selected categories. Using latest listingpro as of todays date.

please I need your help, I did change name of my website on different name and I did activate new license key but this key didn’t activate and blocked my website. I did open ticket already and ask please activate a key from your side your support ask admin credentials, when activate license key you can from your side, I already ask support themeforest and they told me you can do from your side to activate key and don’t need to give my admin password, here what I see https://prnt.sc/ANTwBGTPVYs7 grey and don’t have any information and I still have old license key from different domain, before I switch on different domain I did deactivate license and when I did switch on new domain and activate different license key I still see old license key from old domain, your support told me my new domain been blocked why? because I switch on new domain? please help me to activate new license key, I already answer on your ticket and told them if need something to do on my server let me know what to do, Im sure I can do just fine if you have on my server, because its my server and my website, and if you told me where I need to switch, I will do but like I understood activate license key you need it from your side.,
