I checked enable follow on shop in the footer but it doesn’t show up in the footer. I tested it in the official shopify template and it shows up correctly, but it doesn’t work in the kalles template. Is there something wrong with the settings?

Hello, I really appreciate your high quality work .. I got some pre purchase questions please:-
1- Can we use pick up service instead of delivery so the user can select it and visit the selected location to collect his order.
2- If yes for #1 .. Can we set many pick up locations.
3- Can we show the available quantities vs the sold one for the users.
4- Can we set minimum order value to make an order.
5- Can we limit a listed item for certain city and district to make it only available in that place.

Hi, one question. For example if i have i variation product,
color: red | black sizes: M | L | XL
the producto red and size L is out stock, yout theme disable that size?. If the client selec Black and L, the theme show enable to buy?. You have a demo of this?. Thanks

the dropdown colection menu is not visible on windows pc’s. So when you hover over the dropdown menu item on a Windows pc the background and font is white, only when you hover over the links they become visible with a blue background. But when you only hover the the box it’s not visible and you only see white colum. But on a Mac you actually can see the items when you hover over the dropdown. So this is either a bug or an issue in the code but should be fixed because this makes clients leave the webshop. This is the site (https://all-spark.eu/) and the dropdown issue is when you click all categories, then try it on Windows and then on a Mac. Thanks in advance!

Does your theme have the functionality to display different variants of a single product as separate items? (For example, listing each color variant as separate products on product listing pages.)
Or if this feature is not available;
If we plan to add the colors of the products as separate products rather than as variants (so that more products appear on the listing page). In this case, is it possible to associate the same product with different colors on the product pages and show them as variants?

3. I’m also wondering if I can do multiple sections on a product page and add different products for them? For example, if it’s a clothing shop, then at the bottom under the product goes: “whole look” where I can show the specific products that looks good with this product, then “What to wear this product with”, then “You may also like”. Certainly there will be different product positions in different products. 4. Is it possible to show “Add to wishlist” icon on the mobile product grid (for example, upper right corner of each product)? Or show under the product with “add to cart” icon?

So it will not be the same for all stores with the same theme. Besides, when you purchase the theme, the images and product data are not included. Some images on homepage can be imported automatically when you import the demo via EcomRise app.

Hi your new updates are very limited , is there a way to find only the pages or issues that were updated so that we do not have to update the whole theme , we have a lot of customizations and it takes time and effort to rewrite and copy and paste everything we changed , we need only the pages that were updated . can you help?
Hi there, You can refer to updating the theme with EcomRise for Kalles 4 at https://support.the4.co/articles/update-the-theme Please note that we only support updates with JSON files; we are unable to support Liquid files, and you will need to manually copy them. Additionally, for JSON + Liquid files with changes, there will be black dots preceding the files. You can refer to these files with black dots to copy the code.

Hi, I would like to hide my sold out products. I know it can be done in the automated collections but that is not going to work for me (I do not want to make all conditions) Can I add a snipped to the code? The code that Shopify help suggests is not working (Go to Online Store > Themes in your Shopify admin. Click the … button on the theme you want to edit, then Edit code. In the Snippets directory, click Add a new snippet. Name your new snippet remove-sold-out.)
