I’m interested in purchasing this theme, but I’m finding that some people are complaining about the compatibility of this theme with new versions of Elementor, and I also see that the last update of the theme was on July 18, 2024.
This is why I’m hesitant to purchase this theme.
I am having major issues with this. I cant edit anything with elementor as it needs to be updated and I cant update it because I need new version of this theme. Someone please help and let me know how to get the latest version of this theme as its creating a lot of bugs on my website.

Please downgrade your elementor, this problem is due to elementor occurred. Our team in vacation before open office it is not possible to release any new update.

you need to activate the license to install the plugin and the plugin is not included in the theme so if the plugin is missing in your site and if the theme is activated a notice will be shown in the dashboard to install the core plugin.

Hello, I have installed the template twice because I get an error code 500 and a blank page when going to the widgets section. It happens after importing the demo data. I am able to edit some of the pages, except for the footer, can you help me solve this problem?

I’m working on a client site where your theme is installed. Problem is that I have no idea whether the latest theme files are updated or not and what has been updated recently.

Also, can you confirm if the theme supports PHP 8.1.x? Since PHP 7.4 has already reached end of life, I wish to update the PHP version for it.

The latest version of the theme is 2.4 and it was just a regular update of the theme. And the theme is PHP version 8 compatible. Please deactivate the demo importer plugin when use PHP version 8.

HI since i am not getting any response from your side, its just the theme installation issue in your theme only since i am using several themes from themeforest so there is not issue in license. My project is already delayed two days due to just theme installation.

Are you trying to activate the license with the email you bought the theme with. And please after 15 minutes if you fail activating the license because of the server load Envato sometimes fail to connect with our licnese server.

This is actually Envato API issue. you need to try login after 15-20 minutes untill you can log into our support system. And we dont always take day off that much we usually take 1 day off a week but for the Eid Ul Adha we will be on vaction from 9th to 14th july.

That text is coming from the woocommerce plugin so translating the woocommerce plugin should do the work. And you can try opening the ticket the problem has been resolved. It was the envato API issue which were not working.
