Greetings

I am very disappointed with you guys, my website changed no header & footer. When i log in into wordpress back end, WPDaddy Builder the correct header & footer is there but not on the live site. When i asked about the issue you say i am to pay more for what, yet i purchased and paid all 4 years ago. Kindly note everything has been okay until last week where the website display changed. NOTE we haven’t made any changes to the site as of last month yet the site was okay displaying everything as it should

Hi, I just purchased the theme to get an update for this theme which is installed already but under a different license since the theme was purchased by a website builder that my client is not working with anymore, I just have one question since the theme is already installed should I just deactivate the old purchase code and add the new purchase code I have from this new purchase to get the latest update? If you don’t have an access to the account on Theme forest, the only way to update the theme and get assistance is to purchase a new license.

I see on your profile that you offer Extend support to 12 months for 17.63 §, is there anyway to buy this option on my account. We really need to make sure the website is working as it did before. You can’t extend the support without having the theme license.

Hi, a question about updating the theme (e.g. from v 1.1.1 to the new v. 1.1.2). It’s only possible when service support (TF) is still active?

i tried to contact theme support, and sent almost 9, 10 messages that i am facing issue, they replied, clear cache, no issue etc etc.totally wasting time from last 2 days. i must say , “BAB THEME SUPPORT” i attached the video and explained that facing issue, but got replied that. “De-active other plugin n check” “we checked form our side, no such thing happen” “clear ur browser caches”

what a stupid reply i am getting from them. I complaining from last 3 days, but they just playing not going to jump into issue and solve it. I MUST SAY, VERY VERY VERY BAD SUPPORT GUYS.

Hi, I was able to upload the theme but when I try and validate it I am not allowed to do so. I am using a managed hosted solution through crazydomains and they won’t assist with anything on the wordpress side. Is there any other way to validate it? It seems like I don’t have the same settings in my dashboard admin

Please read our comment above, you will be able to update the plugin with the next theme update. This plugin is pre-packaged, and you can update it with theme update. The update you had on 03.01.2023 did not include the current plugin release which was issued later.

Hello, I just purchased the theme and I’m on wordpress 5.6 and for some reason the GT3 Header Builder doesn’t show up on the theme options so I cannot modify the logo etc.. I am on Qulo 1.0.2 and I successfully imported the demo content, please help!

Hello, the theme does not work with Wordpress 5.6.

If you update, the dark window will pop out. I had to revert to the previous version of Wordpress.
