Among few issues , here is one of the critical issues : When you click on VIEW button to view the invoice from the Client DASHBOARD , it appears good , BUT when you select DOWNLOAD or PRINT , the format is not professional at all. Feature request for coupons – i want my users to list their current deals using coupons so people can find a deal/coupon near them. I want to be able to display all coupons – but so far the widgets available make me enter in the listing ID’s to display the coupons associated with the listing. This will be impossible to know as admin which of my listing users have coupons once their listing has been claimed. A display “all listings with coupons” feature/widget/page with pagination would be great. I’ve spent 4 years setting up my site – and just about ready to launch and this feature is most needed.

Hello! On your demo site the “add listing” menu item takes you to the price plan page, and then when you select the price plan to the actual add listing page. For some reason on ours it takes you to the actual add listing page, we input the info and when we submit it send us to the price plan page to select one, when we do it resets the form and we have to enter all the info again.

How can we change this behaviour so that the “Add listing” sends us to the price plan page as your demo? Is there a way of editing that menu item “add listing”.

Hi Team, in your demo site , there is a image with text which says : Are You a Local Business? Then there is a button called CLAIM YOUR BUSINESS. Can you please guide us on whether there is a page where we can link to claim the business/listing ? , then clients can fill the claim business form? At the moment this can be done when some one clicks on the listing and clicks on CLAIM NOW button where is comes as a POP UP window.

Dear Team, even though we purchased the theme back in December 2022, we used it in our web portal this year and we are about to launch the website. One critical issue is in the front end, it shows the listing as “Open Now”, but when you open the listing , it shows “Day Off” which is not professional & misleading as well. Unfortunately our support period is over and i really appreciate if you can give us a solution for this matter. Let us suggest you to rename “Day Off” to “Closed”. I can see this issue has being raised by few other clients as well, Second issue : in the listing Featured image, it shows perfectly on the desktop, but it shows like stamp size image in mobile version which is also not good at all. This issue wont happen if the business listing got few images (like a gallery) , but realistically we cant imposed such condition to the clients to have multiple images. Please assist us.

I recently checked my website on Google Search console and noticed a few my pages were coming up with “Unparsable structured data Incorrect value type” After looking closely at the pages I noticed what they all had in common was they had a Day Off/Closed on one of the business days i.e. they were open Mon – Fri but closed on Sunday. I went back in and added the Sunday as open and the error went away when I checked the schema again. Once I deleted the Sunday hours the error returned. Not sure if this is something Im doing or if its a template error.
