I have a problem. When paying by credit card and Paypal, the confirmation page is not called up. There is always a message that something went wrong with the payment, even though the payment went through.

Could you please help me regarding that error?

The error ORDER_ALREADY_COMPLETED maps to the following description on our developer site: “The order cannot be patched after it is completed”. This means there would have been a notification that the payment was captured successfully preceding this, and it is a subsequent Patch request generating the error. There may be an issue with how these notifications are being handled by your website which may need to be resolved with the theme or plugin developers.

I can’t post anything. I have bought 18 licences of woodmart – please help regarding that.

It seems like a general issue related to the WooCommerce plugin or one of the installed extensions. It is not caused by WoodMart. Could you please check how it works with the default WordPress theme to verify this?

In theme settings under Single Product / Images, I want to change the layout of the image thumbnails. However, when I select an option and save, it does not change the front-end view. Please help.

I’ve discovered an issue or perhaps I’m just not seeing the appropriate settings.

But when I want to display the maintenance page while using Sticky navigation, the sticky navigation still displays when it shouldn’t, as I don’t want people to see the menus.

Any help would be most appreciated.

Love your theme! For the first time I have any issues. Please read below. With the recent 7.5.1 update I’m getting an warning and white screen in the admin when trying to publish/update post from classic editor with image gallery in the post when Justify gallery is enabled and Yoast SEO (free) is activated as well. If I disable Justify gallery option from settings or deactivate Yoast there is no warnings or white screen. Also in the front-end the pop-up with gallery image (magnifier) is missing some CSS because it looks broken – with or without Justify gallery enabled.

This is it: Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at .../wp-content/themes/woodmart/inc/modules/parts-css-files/class-parts-css-files.php:445) in .../wp-admin/post.php on line 231

As far as I can trased it, the issue is somehow connected with function woodmart_enqueue_gallery_script() and enqueue of these scripts: woodmart_enqueue_inline_style('justified') and woodmart_enqueue_inline_style('mfp-popup'). If I temporarily disable the scripts lines from woodmart/inc/functions.php file there is no warning. Also I tried to transfer lib-magnific-popup.min.css from the WM 7.4.3 and this fixed a little bit the image pop-up but still not the best looking.

I’ve also entirely tried to downgrade to version 7.4.3 – the warning is still there, only the front-end pop-up looks better.

Can you check it please and suggest any solution/patch? The website is brand new install. Thank you!

The homepage logo cannot be replaced. I have seen many cases where it has not been resolved. It always says it is a cache problem.

Hello, I need to implement a way to make sure that when a product runs out of stock, it goes to a separate “Pre-order” page. But I can’t find the widget that is responsible for this in the Elementor blocks on the Pre-Order page. They all want the paid version of Elementor Pro. What do I need to do for this? Our theme doesn’t have the functionality to automatically move out-of-stock products to a “Pre-order” page by default. You may need to find a plugin that offers this feature or customize the theme code to achieve this functionality.

Unfortunately, there is no such option in our theme and WooCommerce by default. It may require additional code customization or an extra plugin but we don’t have an instruction for this. It is out of our theme support scope.
