Hi if I’m using only Elementor on this theme, where do I go and edit all of theme options? I don’t see that in the sidebar anymore and I’m looking to set up my custom header and footer.

I’m having trouble registering and importing demo content with the Duplexo theme. When I try to verify my purchase code, I get this error: “There was an error processing your request, please try again.” In the browser console, I was seeing multiple 404 errors pointing to this path:
/wp-content/themes/dublexo/dublexo/cs-framework-override/fields/cymolthemes_one_click_demo_content/...
I have already: – Generated a valid Envato personal token with the correct permissions. – Reinstalled the theme from the latest package.
Could you please advise why the theme is still unable to verify the purchase and import demo content? Is there a known issue with the Envato API integration, or do I need an additional plugin/module for activation?

Please go to Admin > Duplexo Options > Layout Settings. There, click on the Demo Data button — this will open the demo selection screen. From the options, select the Elementor version of the demo and proceed to import the demo data.

I cannot access your support portal again even though I sent a support question one time. Now I cannot access. Why does the Theme Options look like this? I cannot click on them either. They are clickable links that go nowhere. It just is not correct.

The Duplexo 5.0 theme seems to have the options section unusable, is this due to the recent WP platform and is there an upgrade to the them coming anytime soon

Hi, we bought your theme, but we have problems in the Admin Panel -> Duplexo Options -> Layout Settings -> Demo Content Setup section. The button does not appear.
