I imported demo a couple of times as it always stuck at 98%. And then I noticed that there is a big mess. I want to restart it, so is there a way to delete all imported content? Thanks

When import reaches 98% it usually means that everything is imported except sliders. If you imported demo content and the sliders are missing, please note that they can be imported separately. See one-click import → Bonus tips.
If you want to reset the database and try import again, please follow instructions from this article (please note that this will clear all WP content, basically reverting your site to the point when you just installed a fresh copy of WordPress).

Please check if your purchase code is registered in Borgholm Dashboard. Theme options, shorcodes and meta boxes are now disabled if theme purchase code is not registered on live server.

my purchase code is not working its says using some other domain but I got this new theme not used anywhere I checked
Your purchase code was registered on a domain which is no longer active. We have deregistered the purchase code for you. You should be able to register the theme now.
You should know that you can now easily deregister your purchase code via our Help Center by following instructions from this article. Does the theme limit the number of SVGs that can be uploaded to the media library? When we upload more than 20 SVGs, the media library crashes.

Hi, My logo disappears sometimes in mobile view when clicking around in Chrome and firefox on iOS/iPhone. Tried disable all plugins/cache. Any known bug? Tried to create a ticket but not working at moment, so im writing here.

Does not work to send ticket, link to zendesk is 410 error.
Think I was find problem. Was related to Smush Pro and lazy loading. Was added some classes there to avoid lazy loading in header and it seems to work now.

Hello. I would like to share that I think there is a problem with last version of Elementor and your theme. After updating to the last version of Elementor there are problems when running Elementor DB upgrade manually. A fatal error. But not with other themes

My time support expired and i can’t submit a ticket there. I will wait maybe for elementor 3.17.4 or borgholm update. Last update of this theme is almost 10 months ago. Maybe it will solve the problem. Thank you very much

Try deactivating the Borgholm Core plugin before doing the Elementor database update. Then, when the database update has been completed, reactivate the Core plugin. That way, it should work without any errors.

Thanks for writing in! The themes native import method comes with Elementor, so when you run import tool you will get Elementor content, however you can switch to WPBakery and use it instead, all the same shortcodes are included as well. Have in mind that the plugin does not come included with the theme nor do we have import method with WPBakery, so you will have to have the plugin and build your own content with it, as it is compatible with the theme.

Hi guys, love the theme.
One thing that is not clear from your documentation is how to change the scroller border colour (default is Orange colour) and the hover colour (again default is Orange).
You would assume that when changing the “main colour” under the Global Theme Options setting, will change all relevant sections.

Hi, can you use any of the modules on each of the different homepage versions to build your own site? For example, I want to use the ‘Creative Agency’ theme but use the pricing module from the ‘SAAS Home’ theme. Can I do that?

Once you import our demo content you will get all the pages and settings which you can adjust to your needs. The theme uses Elementor page builder and with this builder you have an option to copy and paste sections from one page to another (please see screenshot).
