​Hello, we are having issues making the checkout fields mandatory. When the option is active, even though the required fields are filled in correctly, an error message appears, and the reservation cannot be processed. The website is https://transfermalagacosta.com/

One more question, is there a possibility to have a type of vehicle that is not assigned prices in Transfer Availability, but rather a price inquiry? It would be for a minibus of up to 12 passengers. Thanks again for your answer

How to change url of the destinations? I dont want to use any word, so I’ve just set ”/” in theme options in “Single destination permalink slug”. I’ve saved wp permalink options too. But it dont work for me – new urls of destinations are ok, without any additional slug, but I cant search destinations (404 error) and I cant see “destinations” page (/destinations) with list of all destinations (404 error). How to change slug to each single destination page to use it the same as wp post or product – just mypage.com/single_destination_name_1 (not mypage.com/destination_slug/single_destination_name_1 )

all single post types must have a valid single slug set. Changing the permalink structure would require customization however.

Hi there, I have arranged my home page all with widgets, on my phone and laptop all looks the way I want. However I have just been made aware that on other screen sizes it looks really off and this is definitely the case, could you please advise on how I can sort out the responsive issues I am having on other screen sizes? 1. Are child & infant prices possible? 2. When booking 4 people, company want all passenger names. Is that possible? 3. Can we skip seat plan?

1. For transfers, there is a price per person and/or price per vehicle.

2. You can add extra fields to the booking form from the admin dashboard.

3. There is no seat plan step in the booking process.

Hello, I get your theme on friday and setup everythink perfect theme but I have a problem. My problem is when I want to customize home page, I just see loading. I wait 1 hour but same problem. There is a problem in the searchbox on DatePicker on mobile is superslow if you try to change date (also in your demo)

Hi, I am having serious issues with the add to cart and checkout process since the last update, I have tried everything so could you please tell me how I can download the previous version of the theme? If I click on download now I will just get the latest 1.45 version, however I need to download the one previous to this latest version to see if it definitely is the theme update that caused the problem. It really is urgent and will be much appreciated if you could advise on how to download the installable wordpress file only for the previous version of this theme??

Hey, I did not set up my woocommerce account yet. Is it possible to test advanced booking search widget without activating it yet? Also, is it necessary to provide Google Maps API key?

You do not require the Google Maps API key for the search mechanism.

You can test the search mechanism without activating WOoCommerce.

Simply create Transfer Types and Destinations in admin, then create availability in Admin -> Transfer Availability.

Please also make sure you create the Search results page and Booking page using the appropraite template.

Hi. I’m interested in your theme for my Cape town shuttle business. Can I set currency to Rands? Can I switch off pricing? Can I set the booking form to have locations, and let the client type in thier pick up and drop off locations? And can YOCO be integrated?

Okay, I cant buy if clients cant insert their own pickups and drops, there’s 100’s of locations in South Africa and having it all listed would look bad, take long to load and chase customers away. It’s something you guys should fix as most big shuttles allow you to type your pickup and dropoff locations.

I want to create a page to offer the bus travel service, that is, transferring passengers from one state to another.

The fields that would need to be entered are: From, To, Departure, Passengers (Adults, Child) After pressing the Search button, it shows me the available times for the client to select. Then I would go to where the passenger would enter their personal information, select her seat and include the extras.

That is something you will have to customize to suit your particular needs. It is not a feature of the theme.

I did everything but I don’t receive any e-mail after booking.
