How to change url of the destinations? I dont want to use any word, so I’ve just set ”/” in theme options in “Single destination permalink slug”. I’ve saved wp permalink options too. But it dont work for me – new urls of destinations are ok, without any additional slug, but I cant search destinations (404 error) and I cant see “destinations” page (/destinations) with list of all destinations (404 error). How to change slug to each single destination page to use it the same as wp post or product – just mypage.com/single_destination_name_1 (not mypage.com/destination_slug/single_destination_name_1 )

There is also no need to use a widgetized layout as the Transfers theme is fully compatible with the Elementor page builder. Since Transfers 2.0 there are also a ton of fully responsive page layouts included that you can import an reuse.
Hello, thank you for your reply. Someone who has a big screen PC showed me, you can also see on a website such as “am I responsive”. If you input my URL into this site (https://ui.dev/amiresponsive) you will be able to see. So its the ‘Transfers: Hero Unit Widget’ that I am talking about, on my laptop and phone it looks perfectly okay as this is how I arranged it, but on other screen sizes, the text within the widget is very off and doesnt show properly. Also my website logo on the top left extends down into into the widget on some screen sizes.. :/ This also shows on Googles PageSpeed Insights.. :/ Thanks again and I really appreciate your help and advice..

you have a fixed height set for the hero widget:

Using such fixed dimensions can never behave well when it comes to responsiveness. You would want to use css media querries for that.
Similarly, your logo stretches out due to its size and padding. You can use the following to adjust that:
.logo {
padding:0 !important;
}
But again, you would gain much more control over your website’s behavior and get a ton of more options if you would update your theme.
Thank you again for you reply. I have removed the first css code that sets a fixed height for the widget. The responsive issue has now gone which is great! But what I have been trying to work out for a long time is ‘How to make the height of this widget shorter without losing the responsiveness of the widget?’ Because I have the boooking form right underneath, I want the booking form to show under that widget without having to scroll down the screen. Could you please advise as a last thing? p.s. I have also fixed the logo and plan to update theme soon but not yet as I am working on the seo of my site at the moment. Thank you again!

Hello, I have updated the theme to the newest version as per your advice. However when I click on the “faq” or “destinations” pages, it just redirects to the “home” page. I have checked the page attributes, all add up, what could be the issue? Also why has the “TripAdvisor” social icon option gone from the social widget? Thank you again!
Also could you please advise, on the previous version on theme options, I used to be able to choose for the booking form, “1 day from now” or “2 days from now” etc for the calender and time. This will help for late bookings. I cannot see any booking form options like this now? Also frommy previous comment, after the update to the new theme, when I choose pickup location and drop-off location and click “continue”, instead of showing me search results, its redirecting to the home page. Yes, in 3 different smartphones…... I check on your live demo, in my website and also in other websited with same theme framework. Same problem of delay on calendar and dropdown menu, only on some smartphone with android version.

Hi, I am having serious issues with the add to cart and checkout process since the last update, I have tried everything so could you please tell me how I can download the previous version of the theme? If I click on download now I will just get the latest 1.45 version, however I need to download the one previous to this latest version to see if it definitely is the theme update that caused the problem. Hello, thank you for your reply. So the add to cart and checkout process on my website has changed and is not functioning properly, I have spent days trying to rectify the problem, all my plugins are up to date, worpress is up to date, I have tested all plugins and lots of other things, nothing there seems to be the problem, I have also contacted the host and woocommerce, double checked woocommerce setting etc etc. So usually when you select a transfer on my website, you then click “book transfer” after which it will go briefly to the ‘booking page’ for a few seconds which says “you will be forwarded to cart shortly” now that doesnt happen at all and gets stuck on that page and it now has a booking form on that page that wasnt there before, the booking form was on the last checkout page. I am not sure when the problem started, it is by chance a few days ago I tested it and realised the problem. On pages in wordpress, when I go on the page that gets stuck, on page attributes, it is selected as “booking form page”, when I change this to “default template” then you try making a booking on the website again, when you click “book transfer” absolutely nothing happens. So when I first began to try and solve the issue, I noticed on page attributes it said booking form page, I thought thats wierd, I didnt change that, so I changed it to “default template” like I mentioned, nothing happens at all when you click book transfer. Also I tried changing the checkout page attribute to ‘booking form page’ to see if this helps (it was on default template), so after doing this, when you click on “book now” it goes to cart but nothing in the cart. You get the cart is emtpy message. (So for now I have left it so the booking form is on the booking-page that usually re-directs to cart, because if a customer puts their details in there I still get notified, but the problem is, it says “your booking is confirmed” even though they have not completed checkout and have not paid, and the email confirmations look all different and not like before) I really dont know what has gone wrong :/ I need someone to help and assist :/ I really have tried everything I possibly can within my capacity before commenting here I assure you. I even found an article from woocommerce that takes you step by step to fix add to cart problems, tried everything on that article and still did not work. Thank you

You do not require the Google Maps API key for the search mechanism.
You can test the search mechanism without activating WOoCommerce.
Simply create Transfer Types and Destinations in admin, then create availability in Admin -> Transfer Availability.
Please also make sure you create the Search results page and Booking page using the appropraite template.

Hi. I’m interested in your theme for my Cape town shuttle business. Can I set currency to Rands? Can I switch off pricing? Can I set the booking form to have locations, and let the client type in thier pick up and drop off locations? And can YOCO be integrated?
We can’t have a client search through 100 pickup and drop locations, that will frustrate clients. Clients prefer to type or copy and paste thier pickup and dropoff locations in. Please let me know if the booking form can be changed, and pick up n dropoff inputs made into a text area instead of a large list of locations to choose from. This is important to any operating shuttle service.

Okay, I cant buy if clients cant insert their own pickups and drops, there’s 100’s of locations in South Africa and having it all listed would look bad, take long to load and chase customers away. It’s something you guys should fix as most big shuttles allow you to type your pickup and dropoff locations.
