Hello, I am unable to renew support for one issue that I think is simple. We are using woocommerce for a shop, and noticed that on the checkout page is duplicating the added item (not as in it is adding 2 items into the cart or anything, just the name of the file uploaded and the customer note are duplicated) We reached out to Woocommerce and they said its an issue with Ohio theme and told us to use their default store theme but that obviously breaks the ohio theme. Can you help with this? I am not sure what to do here.

I figured it out. Here is the issue for your own information and if anyone else is experiencing this. In file manager under Ohio > Woocommerce > orders > review_order.php:
The code uses wc_get_formatted_cart_item_data twice which outputs user-generated content. It’s crucial to ensure this data is properly escaped to prevent potential XSS (Cross-Site Scripting) vulnerabilities. WooCommerce likely handles this internally, but it’s a good practice to be aware of. I deleted the first instance of this with XSS indicated in that code line (I forgot what line # it was) and it rectified both the duplication issue as well as security issue with XSS.
As a side note: Ohio theme is currently using multiple outdated theme files from Woocommerce as well which is causing some issues. I replaced them myself using Woocommerce download from their site But something you guys should rectify in a update soon.

Hi,
I’ve been trying to add extra fields to the checkout page.
I’ve tried using the plugins that you guys suggested (Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce), but nothing changes. I’ve even tried making changes on the form-checkout.php file in the theme folder just to see if there is any changes, but nothing happens. It’s happening on both the cart and checkout pages.
Please if you can advise if I am doing something wrong or what the best way to make these changes, It would be appreciated.

Ok thank you, any time frame with respect to Ohio’s next release? I also have one other question. When putting my portfolio together, I do a lot of design work and I like the way projects are laid out and it’s very user intuitive. However, I’m also Photography with quite a few photography projects I’d like to add. So, I would like for users to be able to click on a Photography project and have the images show in masonry layout and clickable. Is that possible?

As soon as i converted it to container everything went haywire, often times changes in theme options are also not reflected well, often times it doesnt load properly. Its also slower than other themes i have used. Can you please issue refund, this is definitely something that i am not looking for.

We’ve been working on transferring all of our demos to containers. As for the theme options, you can disable the options caching under Theme Settings > Other > Options Cache and they should be applied correctly.

Hi Guys, really nice work, we’ve noted that there is a bug in the scroll-to-top handler while a slider is present on the page. Specifically in assets/js/source/main.js (line 2523)
sliderOffset and sliderHeight values are computed when the element rendering is not finished yet, so the resulting height is wrong, preventing the page scroll-to-top element to display correctly
