The theme includes the option to make properties featured to show first in the list. Depending on the submission type that you use, pay per listing or membership packages, you can charge more for featured listings.
The theme does not include an option for urgent ads.

We don’t have a specific list of changes as we didn’t aim to make the themes identical. —> There is a different design first of all, the search options are different in Estate – from options, to design. —> The most important differences are: a. In Residence we have different search options (like geolocation + radius search in half map) b. In Residence we have splash page and video header. c. In Residence we have some specific options exclusively for this theme (custom template for property, custom unit card for property, and some design elements etc), including user types (agent, agency and developer) for front end submission. d. In Residence we have Elementor plugin support (WpEstate does not have that, works only with bakery) e. In Residence we have CRM plugin built for this theme. These will always stay just in Residence and not in WpEstate.The features we continue to add will be different, so it’s important you tell me what you need to guide you to which theme can support (or if any theme can support). Thank you for your feedback. I am opening a real estate agency where I will be the manager, and there will be several real estate agents who will personally upload properties to the website. Of course, I need to have control over what is uploaded. From what I understand, Residence is more complete and flexible, offering more features than Estate. Estate is ideal for an agency that needs a simple website, while Residence is better suited for a more complex agency?
Hi. It is possible WPResidence is more suitable if you need the following setup.
The agents will only load in front end – and you are manager will be the site wp-admin administrator.
If you need specific features for managing agents and their properties, please let me know to confirm if the theme supports the features before making a decision.

good day, planning to purchase the theme however I have question on the google maps for the listings, does the theme offers the listing properties to be tied up into another mls plugins like some sort or does it have it’s own inside the theme?

To use MLS properties in our WordPress theme, the options are one of those listed below: 1. Do your import from MLS – if MLS allows you to take the feed as xml or CVS you could use an import plugin like WP ALL Import – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-residence-add-on-for-wp-all-import/ 2. Use an IDX plugin which means you use the plugin features/design for all what is connected to properties. Such plugins are 3rd party, paid and installed separately. There is another 3rd party which imports from RESO ready MLS (with specific conditions) via API – https://mlsimport.com/

The themes are different in many ways. Agents have more options in WpResidence.
The submission form in WpResidence can do auto-complete if address is found, but you can also add the city and area manually. You do not need to add them from wp-admin before submissions.
