Go to Shock Theme > Global Sections and look for the “Cursor” item, edit it and select it to be displayed across the entire site, or on specific pages. You can also edit with Elementor and customize as you wish.

As on your demo page, the navigation enters sticky mode when I scroll up and down. However, unlike your demo page, the navigation is not in sticky mode when I scroll down and then refresh the page. On my own site I still have to scroll up or down, while on your demo page it’s immediately in sticky mode.
What do I need to change for this to behave as it does on your demo page?

Hello, I am using the theme and woocommerce. I have set on shop page to display categories but the issue is when you open category there are only 2 products displayed and navigation for more product pages, every of these pages have 2 products. That’s not how it should be, every page should have on every line 5 products. I can share account info and link but in private chats.

I’m trying to set up the navigation within the Global Sections header. However, instead of menu items it persistently shows the Search Form. Naturally, I tried to turn off the Search Bar option in the Navbar Elementor element. https://i.ibb.co/yYp30zh/Screenshot-2024-05-23-075220.jpgI’ve also defined a menu under the Menu tab. I picked “Menu 4” and set my intended Menu as “Menu 4” under Appearance -> Menu.
I don’t want to see the searchbar. It should show the site navigation as it does on the demo page (like on Home 10).

Your server is probably blocking external requests.
Attempted solution:
1) Download this plugin: https://codings.dev/plugins/enable-external-request.zip
2) From your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New and upload the plugin file.
3) Activate the plugin.
Try importing the demos to see if this works now.
Note: After importing the demos, or if this does not work, deactivate and delete the plugin (enable-external-request), as it will not be necessary.
Let us know if this worked and we will give you more suggestions.

1) Download the file here: https://codings.dev/package/demo-data/shock/All.xml
Note: This link will open the XML file in your browser. To save it, right click and choose save as XML
2) Go to your WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Import and import this file.
Alternative: I recommend you develop your site locally with the awesome (free) https://localwp.com/ and then migrate it to your server.

Hola doc actualice mi tema a la versión 1.05 y yo tenia la 1.03 y bueno hice esa actualización y los iconos o los templates cuando se importan, se importan como svg no como iconos, entonces las clases aplicadas los tamaños salen bien grandes. no se si hay repositorio de las versiones anteriores para volver a la 1.03

Hi! I was trying to solve the problem of Import Failed Whoops, there was a problem importing your content.
Import Failed An error occurred while fetching file from: https://codings.dev/package/demo-data/shock/All.xml! Reason: 403 – Forbidden. In the comments, you suggested using local WordPress, I followed the steps, deactivated the theme on my domain, and installed it on local WordPress, and I got a 404 forbidden when activating the license, and subsequently, I got a message saying “Purchase code is already in use. Make sure you have not activated it on another website.” and it wasn’t even activated on the local wp. Could you please reset the license and give me some advice on how to solve the first problem, but in terms of being able to import the multimedia content as well since at some point I was able to manually import the pages but not the multimedia.

Does the import work well in the wp local development environment?
Yes, I deactivated the license at the time, but when trying to activate it within local WP, the license got activated and took me to a page that showed a 404 Forbidden error. When returning to the local WP, it asked me to enter the license again. Upon re-entering the license, I received the error “Purchase code is already in use. Make sure you have not activated it on another website.” I’m not sure if it was a bug or a specific situation, which is why I asked to please reset the license to try and solve the data import issue. Thank you.

I encountered a problem with my translations on my website. I’m using WPML for translations and everything seems fine, except I can’t translate the global sections from the Shock theme. In WPML I have already activated the option for the possibility of translating global sections, actually now I can see a flag for the chosen languages but if I modify my element now, the modification applies to all languages.
