I tried installing demo content and it made site extremely slow. I restored my previous database. How can I make blocks/page templates avaialble without installing every single element?

We want to change “Projects” to “Case Studies” throughout our site. Currently, the theme only allows us to update this in the breadcrumbs, but not in the URLs or other sections. Could you please check how we can make this change comprehensively?

Hi, one question before purchasing. Can I add other custom fields in projects? I think so with metabox, but how can I then display this data on the right side of the project? It seems to me that the projects all have the same data, by any chance are they simple pages made with Elementor that do not take into account the data entered in the custom fields?

Hi SteelThemes, I need some information about the license codes. I bought one “Creote” themes in the 22-04-23, installed the theme, registered the license code and every things worked fine. I bought another license for another website in the 04-04-24 but I do not recognize how can apply the second license code in the second website (in the dashboard is highlighted “Thank you for purchasing our creote theme”). Secondly, after installed the creote theme in the second website, the footer in the home page of the first website does not work anymore. Is there any correlation about the licenses? I see there are many saying that Elementor doesn’t work with Creote Addons. When do you solve the problem?

Good morning I urgently need support for the following problem. On my website www.formazione.enetworks.it I installed the Creote theme and created several pages with Elementor using one of your demos as a basis. When I open a page created with Elementor to edit it, it shows me the blank page even though in reality there are several layers and components present. (See attached image) I tried to do several tests and, by deactivating all the installed plugins and reactivating them individually, the cause of the problem is the Creote Addons plugin. If I disable Creaote Addons, Elementor works fine and I see all the elements. If I reactivate the plugin the problem is present. I tried deleting the plugin via ftp (so as to eliminate any residue) and installing the latest version of the plugin provided by you: the problem persists. Could you please give me support?
