Hi Artem, I have a few questions before purchasing the license:
1. If I implement a splash screen using GSAP, could it potentially interfere with the template’s functionality? 2. I’m a bit concerned about AJAX functionality across different browsers and probably would prefer not to use it. Is there a way to preview how the site works without it? 3. In portfolio grid, is it possible to adjust the grid so it always aligns perfectly? Currently, one column sometimes shifts depending on the selected category. 4. Will the structure of this template make it difficult to implement a sticky footer? 5. Can the hover animation for images in the portfolio grid be made to match the one used for the images in the “Our Partners” section? Alternatively, would I be able to replace the template’s grid with a custom one built in Elementor, since it’s relatively simple what I need?
Apologies if any of these questions seem off — I primarily work with Framer, and I might be a bit confused about what is handled by the template, and what by Elementor/WordPress.

1. It’s unlikely. But it all depends on your implementation. The import thing to know is that the theme still uses an old version of GSAP. It was called TweenMax.

2. I don’t have such demo. But you can imagine the same website with refreshes the page on every navigation. There will be no difference with “regular” website.

Hi There, I just updated my site with the new upgrade, and my home page is now not working properly. I have a fixed grey main block in the beginning which I want to delete and can’t. Can I revert back to the previous update because that didn’t effect my site.
Hello. If you haven’t made a backup prior updating, this is not possible to rollback. There are no previous versions available for download. But be assured that theme updates are released to maintain compatibility with modern plugins and WP and are not meant to break the existing functionality and appearance of your website.

Hi, I did roll it back, and things now look as they should. Nothing has changed as far as plug-ins and I haven’t added new ones. This is the first time an update has done this to my site. Weird.
Hi there, beautiful theme, I’m really enjoying it. Although I have only a few issues I would love to get resolved before I present to my client on July 10th.
First, when navigating through different pages, back and forth, suddenly top images or other elements don’t show, I have to either refresh the page or scroll down and up in order to show. Also, the page featured image, when clicking on the menu item, doesn’t do the animation of going big and then disappearing when you are on the page, like it does on your demo. This was one cool featured I loved when deciding to use your theme.
Second, I’m using Revolution Slider for the intro of my site with a video background, but when I use Vimeo as the source, it doesn’t display full screen, it shows black color background on the left and top when viewing the page. Instead, I tested it with a self hosted video and shows perfectly fine. Do you know why this happens?, I rather use a stream video than self hosted for better loading performance.
I downloaded and installed your theme from Envato Elements subscription, I know you don’t provide support if downloaded from there, but I need your help. Can I still buy your theme from Theme Forest, so I could get your support to fix my issues, or a specific price for just support?, you tell me what works best for you.

No. And since this plugin is not part of the theme and theme’s demo I can’t help you with this.

Hi there, I’m up to date with my theme. I found that the Slider Testimonial is not working properly. If you put more than one testimonial, the names show up but their quote doesn’t. It also doesn’t centre it as well. Are you aware of this issue? Will this be fixed soon?

I really love this awesome Wordpress theme, but I want to hide the menu (classic style) on scroll to prevent it from overlapping with texts/images and later add a back to top button. Hello. Theme does provide option for the header to be absolutely positioned (it will always stay on top of the page regardless of scrolling). There is no “back to top” button provided by the theme.

Hello. I updated the theme and all plugins in the theme to the latest version. But the links on my website stopped working. They only work if the Permalink option is set to Default. If it’s set to Post Name, it gives a 404 error. How can I fix this?

Hello! In Admin panel -> Elementor -> Settings -> Features panel please set “Upgrade Swiper Library” feature to “Inactive”. I’ll add theme compatibility with this feature in the next update.

I want to make a page with a 8 and 4 column on the top of the page (8 for an image and 4 for the title and text under it).
I wasn’t able to create a title and a paragraph under it with animation as Rubenz widgets only gives me the heather title which has two parts (heading and subheading but this widget forces the subheading text to stand on the right side of the title not under it).
Would you please let me know how I can I make it, the problem to make a normal title and paragraph with other widgets is they don’t have the Rubenz animation effect.

Yes, the center align works and text goes under the title but I need a normal title and text with left align, I still had no luck to find it.
You can customize it as needed in file /wp-content/plugins/rubenz-core/elementor/widgets/static/header-section.php Please refer to methods render() and content_template() where is widget markup is being displayed. Remove text-center class and it will inherit the parent section alignment.

There are no options to apply such customizations from admin/builder panel.
4- In HTML format there is a beautiful text transactions under the titles on the slider, is it possible to have them in WP version as well?
Yes, this is supported by all fullscreen sliders you see in the live demo.
5- Is it possible to have a load more button when there are lots of images on some page?
Theme doesn’t provide such widget to Elementor.
6- Is it possible to use WP Rocket for cashing and minifying scripts with this theme?
Yes, optimization and caching plugins generally work well with the theme if configured according to this guide.

As there is no option for those changes in control panel is it possible to make the slider dots vertical by custom JS and CSS modifications through source codes or its somehow locked the way it is and can’t be modified even through source codes?

First of all thanks for this beautiful theme. I have purchased it a while ago and now I have an issue with the menu hover effects. The problem is if I add featured image for the parent menu page, after clicking it will show the featured image as background. But if so, then submenu hovers won’t show any background images anymore. Please check https://prozco.com and the Capabilities menu. The point is when we hover the menu, it should remove ‘selected’ class from the background and se the current menu background. Something like this code might do the trick, but I wasn’t able to figure it out.

I was trying to add it to 38. Project Backgrounds js/components.js.

Hello! The preferred way to change featured image either in Elementor or in admin panel doesn’t matter – those are equal. Elementor just mirrors that core WordPress functionality. You don’t have to do it twice in different places. But in Elementor editor you’ll need to save & refresh page builder to reflect the actual image change in frontend.

No, it doesn’t. Theme is relatively lightweight in terms of loading speed so the preloader will disappear too quickly (probably in less than 2 seconds) so visitors won’t even notice it.

Hi, are the elements in each of your wordpress elementor themes compatible with another theme? e.g. will a slider or a portfolio gird from Rubenz work in Arrigo? Imagine maybe if I were to install the core plugin of Rubenz into Arrigo, then the core elements would work in Arrigo? Is this possible, and if it is possible… will it make the site loading a lot slower or it cramp up the site with excessive code? Would you recommend to ‘not’ mix the elements from different themes? How do i set custom background colors for this theme?
Hello! Via CSS code or Elementor section options depending on the context. Originally the theme doesn’t offer a colors customization panel since it’s designed in black and white.
That makes sense, i figured a way around that, the only thing i need to know now is, the header contrasting can be modified to be active active on specific pages only, Is it possible to set colors on the header assets?
You can add the additional custom conditions for this option in file wp-content/themes/rubenz/header.php line 28: $enhance_header_contrast
Ok, Another problem i have is pages not loading correctly at first load sometimes, I found out that reloading again is when they load correctly, how can i fix this?

Has any else been having an issue with the featured image not showing when hovered over in the menu? I created a new project and it’s the only one not showing the large background image when you hover. The issue just started the other day. I’m not sure if it’s an update issue or what but just a heads up.
Just an update of my issue. It seems now that when I create a portfolio item with a feature image, if i place it under the sub cat menu item, in the menu the feature item doesn’t show during hover, only when you make it a main category does the feature image show when hovered. This issue JUST started, the old portfolio items already created are fine as a sub cat. Not sure if this is an update issue or something, but just putting it on your radar. Thanks.
