Hi There, we are looking to create a property portal with this theme and would like to import listings from other agencies onto our portal, would this be possible with this theme? ie: An agency lists a new property on their website, then it feeds through with all data and becomes a listing on our website with the selling agent & agency’s details. Also, if the selling agent makes any changes to the listing (such as price) on their website, those changes also update on our website.

Thank you. Last question, we are based in New Zealand and many of our properties are listed without price ie: “For Sale By Negotiation”, “Overs Over”, “By Tender” and “For Sale By Auction” (auction properties are listed with an auction date”.
Is it possible to have these types of listings display with these headings instead of a price displayed? But still have a price range entered so that when a buyer searches in the range, the property is shown, but no price displayed?

I specify that I have tried with other telephone numbers successfully. The only difference I noticed is in the zero digit with which the telephone number begins after the area code (377 0213604) Thanks

Hi I have a question about adding a property type called LAND, (prepurchase question)
I understand the general price is there. However I want to know if it’s possible to add an additional numeric field called PRICE PER SQ.KM and then also make it a part of the advanced search form by having 2 fields.. MIN SQ.KM PRICE and MAX SQ.KM PRICE.. so that people can also search using that.
I already have 2 licenses so I checked it out on that and I couldn’t find any place where I could add custom numeric fields and also include them in the search form (either using min max or a range slider…

Got it, I did trial it out but I noticed the new field doesn’t allow numeric fields, and the addition of an extra range finder in the search. I have two sites on your theme already and the third one is what I need it for. Will send a ticket when I set the site up and do the initial bits.

Hi Guys, love your theme and have two licenses already. Just a suggestion… I would love if the property detail page had an additional layout. One where the gallery section is part of the property detail section (so that it’s not so wide) And then the agent sidebar cimes all the way to the top. When on a desktop the image gallery is sometimes way too wide. Would appreciate a 2/3 + 1/3 kind of ratio with the property detail section and sidebar…

Hi there, i do have one question is it possible to set new fields for different “status”?
we not have “for rent” and “for sale” we serve 2 more status where we need to add a “rent-interest-rate” for example what just should appear if one this item has for example “status-rent-selling” with an “interest: 2.75 %” ... and this would not make sense for rent a flat or selling a house” 
this would be needed in general information and should also be displayed for elementor-widget on home-page.

Hello, is there a option to site wide put all listings behind a login, so it only shows a preview image in the grid but if you click you have to register to view the full details? I want to do this for all listings, not listing by listing.
Is there an option to have different criteria for property types, so for example If a user is adding a listing type “OFFICE” is asks and displays different questions than if they are submitting “CONDO”?
For example if they choose to submit office, it asks and displays Monthly lLease Cost if they select to submit a CONDO it doesnt ask this or display it? Thanks.

RealHomes offers a feature that allows you to display important details only to logged-in users. However, we currently do not have a comprehensive feature to put all listings behind a login.
The primary reason for this is that WordPress already provides options to make listings “Private” or “Password Protected.” You can utilize these options to restrict access to specific listings as needed.
Regarding property submission forms, there is no built-in option to set different forms based on property types. However, we appreciate your suggestion. Could you please provide more details like offices on the specific fields you would like to see for different property types? This will help us consider improving RealHomes in future updates.

Hello, regarding support ticket #36610. Can you please provide feedback or a time frame. It has been nearly a month now. Neither of the questions I have asked have been addressed, just an email log plugin and was told emails search notifications were being sent out but they were clearly not.. I would like that to be addressed and also the new user role when creating a profile. I dont mean to keep asking but its been nearly a month and there has been nothing besides being told that things are being troubleshooted. What can I do to help you?? Or do you know of someone I can pay to fix these issues?

Schedule A Tour Form is not getting submitted. It gives the error of “Target Email address is not properly configured!” I tried lcoating the email address field in theme customise settings, but unable to locate it.

I’m really liking the new theme and still exploring its features. However, I have a couple of questions:
1. Is it possible to change the (Percentage of Govt Tax) and (Percentage of Service Charges) to fixed amounts instead of percentages?
In the region where I will be operating, the Tourist Tax is a fixed amount rather than a percentage of the booking value. Additionally, I need my hosts to have the option to set a fixed amount for the Service Charge instead of a percentage.
Could you please guide me on where to find and modify these settings within the theme?
