How do I refund ? I have just use this RT-Theme 18 on a temporary domain just 10days ago. And when I come to a problem, I submit it into your support forum, but I can not get any kind of support or any feedback till now. You can upgrade to RT-Theme 18. Once you install RT-Theme 18, you will be able to keep your products and other contents but the home page and other custom pages will need to be recreated by using RT-18 Template Builder or Elementor.
