Hello, there is an issue with the theme (which neither I not the developer I hired could fix).
Theme settings -> Shop -> Variable products -> Variation as product -> Show single variation.
If turned on, the ‘Sort by Popularity’ filter stops working on the shop page, shop category pages etc.
Note that if ‘Hide variations parent’ is turned off, then the filter works but only for the variations parent.
I have tested this on my live site, and also a second test installation running only Woodmart and Woocommerce.

This is not a support request but more of a glitch. When I went to create my own product archive layout, I selected my products to show and chose to list my product view as a list. Now, I can see all my products listed out with some specifications, and I have the titles, but no data is listed. Should I be able to see this data? I’ve looked to see if I missed an option, and I feel this is a bug.

When you checked that text you told me the CSS was causing it, you were 100% correct. I can now see the text/specifications of a product listed on list view.
Can I custom what specifications show up in list view as I cannot see an option.

No, there is no option to control which attributes will be displayed in the list on the shop page.
Hi Woodmart team, the best Woocommerce theme. +++ Since you have inserted the new Off-canvas product tabs function, to keep the layout clean, if I insert 12 color variations, it is possible to display 4 of them in the product sheet and have a text e.g. +8 variations to click and open the off-canvas bar where you can view all 12 color variations?

I use the WPC Show Single Variations for WooCommerce plugin and activated and checked: Hide variable products on archive page. So now only the variations are showing on category pages.
If you have your shop product sorting system on category pages set on: newest products, the newest products/variations will be at the top of the page. If a variable product has 5 variations made on 1-1-2000 and on 5-7-2024 you add a new variation, this new one is shown at the top of the category page. But the other older 5 variations will be somewhere down on the category page or even on a completely other category page.
I want them to stay together… How can this be done?
I do want to keep the shop product sorting system on category pages set on: newest products. I can not change the making date of the new variation and I can not change the product ID.

Hello, I have a question about variation. I add a product and add 2 color and 2 size variations to that product. I can see the product with variations on the store or category page. I can even show the variations individually if I want from the theme settings. Everything is good so far, but what I want is; To show other variations of each variation that I show one by one on the category page. For example; There are red and blue t-shirts, sizes S and M. There were 4 products in total. I entered them as variations and enabled them to be displayed as singles. If my main product is a red t-shirt, only variation options for that product appear on the category page. Variation options for the blue product are not available. Hmm…I don’t use Gutenberg at all. Together with million users I always install Classic editor plugin as I don’t want to mess with it at all. I hope this won’t replace WP Bakery in any case.
We recommend you spend some time and check how it will be implemented. We are sure that you will love it 
This update will also include a lot of other useful features.
Anyway, WPBakery will still be supported as before.
I have already spent time to try and learn Elementor and I decided against it. Gutemberg freaked me out at once. Besides, Classic editor is something my clients can understand when I teach them how to use their websites. Mind you that most clients have little or no experience especially in Greece. I can understand that you have to be compatible with all builders but so far nothing compares to WP Bakery. I’m looking forward to the other features and please some new designs. I trust Woodmart and for years now it is the only theme I use not only for eshops but for corporate websites as well. So new fresh designs would be highly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi,
I’ve just imported the pills demo (on https://viool.org/ ). So far so good, but when i check the website and compare it to the demo (https://woodmart.xtemos.com/pills/), all the pages are “boxed” (not fullwidth like the demo).
Can you please tell me how to fix this?
I checked the General options, but changing it from Custom to Fullwidth does not fix it.

No thank you, i would like an answer to my question please.
I can’t make a topic because the support is not active anymore, but i have not used the theme ever in the past.
So again, why is the site not fullscreen exactly like the demo and how can i fix this?
It can’t be that hard I assume as it’s a completely new wbsite and imported everything with succes.
When this is fixed i might buy or prolong the support, but not right now for this tiny issue.
