Hi, After the recent update the frontpage slider (default) no longer is showing. I can see it in the Slider section in the backend. I also see it in backend page editor. But nothing is showing on frontend. What can be causing this? (All plugins are up to date, WP is up to date, I have checked and updated all Patcher’s.).

Try to edit your slugs for attribute terms. They have to be written in Latin symbols while their names can be in any language.

I am sorry but this is not an acceptable answer. We have hundreds of Attribute Terms with a thousand Products. Changing the slugs of the terms will deselect the terms in all the corresponding products along with the variations created. We need weeks to change these and then run the Sync in WPML. Changing one or two files in your theme to accept this case is far more effective.

Hello,
I have tried to raise a ticket but can not log onto your support website due to the error. : reCAPTCHA verification failed.
I am having real trouble with the shipping options in checkout, I have selected the calculate shipping in cart which shows the correct options. When you add the address in checkout the options do. not show. I have deactivated all plugins and changed the theme to default and the shipping works correctly.
I have also tried the shipping debug option and this then lets the shipping work correctly, so I can only assume it is the theme that is making something a little wonky.
Please can you suggest some ideas to fix this ?

I’m having an issue with your theme. On the checkout page – https://webnovsite.space/porachka-2/, the Billing Details section isn’t loading. The page itself loads, but the form to complete the order is missing. Interestingly, when I switch to a different theme, the form appears and works correctly. This suggests the problem might be related to your theme. Will it be possible to solve the problem and the site will work normally? Thank you!

In the last WooCommerce update, they bumped versions for some files and that is why this notice appears. You don’t need to worry and simply ignore it since our theme doesn’t have any problems or incompatibility issues with the latest version of the plugin. We will update these files in our next theme release and this message will disappear.

Hello, there is an issue with the theme (which neither I not the developer I hired could fix).
Theme settings -> Shop -> Variable products -> Variation as product -> Show single variation.
If turned on, the ‘Sort by Popularity’ filter stops working on the shop page, shop category pages etc.
Note that if ‘Hide variations parent’ is turned off, then the filter works but only for the variations parent.
I have tested this on my live site, and also a second test installation running only Woodmart and Woocommerce.
