Hi there. There is an issue with https://geolocation-db.com/ what the theme is using for something. This service is not reachabel any more and because of this the page loading times are horrible! You are using this in file geoip.php And no, i wont create a support ticker cause its a general bug. Pls fix. Thank you in advance!

Hi, In the listigpro theme, Business Hours are not working on the listing page. They work correctly on the main page. I followed your manual exactly. I have question regarding the ‘Near Me’ part.
Why Promoted Listings or Ad are always same. This is not changing as I change radius. This always stay same.
Is this a bug? I think this should change as per radius change.

This behavior is not a bug but rather an intentional design choice to ensure that advertisers get consistent visibility and reach, regardless of user-defined radius changes.
However, if you believe that this should dynamically change with the radius, it might be worth suggesting this as a feature enhancement to the development team.
They could consider implementing a more flexible system where Promoted Listings or Ads are dynamically filtered based on the specified radius.

Right now listings are sort by Most reviewed, recent, Most viewed, Most rating and so on.
Can the listings are displayed as per the plan they choose?
For example, I have three plan – First, second and third.
I want to show First plan list in first place, second plan list in below to first place and then third plan list in listing page.

I bought the Listing pro theme some time ago. Always use the classic version. These are two important questions I have to ask.
First: Today I was trying to upgrade to the new version 2.9 and I had problems with a white stripe that appears at the top of the page . Since I am not a programmer, I tried to help me with gtp chat to correct the error and I have not been successful. Could you please tell me what I can do to correct that error.
Second: I really like the new version of Classic 2. I would like to change the old version for that version. Do I have to pay again? .
And finally I want to add the Booking fixture to the listings of some clients who are asking me for this. How do I so that clients who have restaurants, doctors and/or services can have the booking?

First: Regarding the issue with the white stripe at the top of the page after upgrading to version 2.9, this could be due to a theme or plugin conflict.
Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this:
1. Clear your browser cache and refresh the page.
2. Deactivate all extra plugins and see if the issue persists. If the stripe disappears, reactivate the plugins one by one to identify the conflicting one.
3. Switch to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Twenty-One) to see if the issue is with the Listing Pro theme. If problem persists after deactivating LP theme then there should be some issue with your server settings
4. If you’re having trouble only with Listingpro theme activated, it might be helpful to contact on https://help.listingprowp.com/ for specialized assistance.
Second: I’m glad to hear you like the new version of Classic 2! To upgrade to this version, You need to import the demo again and then need to select the demo classic 2. You can import the demo fro WP Dashboard >> Appearance >> Import Demo.
Generally, if you have an active support and updates license, you should be able to upgrade without extra costs.
