Problem in my theme, Shortcodes are not working in the whole site.

I am not able to edit the page via Wp Bakery page builder. I have tested wp bakery plugin with the default wordpress themes and its working . but the when i select construction theme wp bakery not working . so there may be something with the theme .. as shortcode’s are not working , not able to edit the page via Wp Bakery.

I can provide screenshots if you need, please help me here.

Is the theme going to be updated soon? I want to make sure it works properly with the latest Elementor updates, etc.

I’m having trouble with missing FA icons. Everything is up to date as far as I’m aware (latest theme, plugins updated). Any help much appreciated.

Hi, crazy 10k in sales, i see last post was to months ago and they haven’t received any reply. This theme looks great and love the fact it uses Elementor. Not thrilled last update was back in September of 2024 WordPress and Elementor are many version ahead of what this shows is compatible with. I was going to purchased now I’m looking at something else because the support and reply is a reg flag to me. that many sales and no current updating on the primary things that are always being updated means broken theme and broken plugin compatibility and vulnerability issues. Looks like 2 people not buying because of the bad response and lack up keeping things current.

Hello a company decided to change to a new developer team and I got access to the website and notice is using this theme Construction Version: 3.1.8 and for some reason the icons like facebook, twitter, google stopped showing only the email icon is showing is there a way I fix it?

We have the following problem. Since installing the theme (a few years ago) we have never been shown any theme updates. The currently installed one is version 1.0.0. Now I came across the changelog here and saw that there is already version 3.9. I installed it manually. Instead of the update, the version was installed separately and the theme was not updated. How can I replace this without the site losing the current changes?

Hello. I bought this theme for my client 3yr ago and until now it was perfectly updated itself and its plugins via envato market plugin. Now theme is updated to 3.8 I cant update visual composer to 7.3 and also Slider Revolution 6.6.20
