Good morning, Last month my fashionandillustration.com website had a conflict between the Pikoworks Core and WPML String Translation plugins. With the help of a WPML support technician, I managed to solve the main problem when he recommended me to purchase the licence of Xtocky – WooCommerce Responsive Theme.
After that, the WPML technician suggested that I contact the author of the theme and ask him to remove the following entries from his wpml-config.xml file
1 <custom-type translate=”1”>shop_order</custom-type> 2 <custom-type translate=”1”>shop_order_refund</custom-type> 3 <custom-type translate=”1”>shop_coupon</custom-type> 4 <custom-type translate=”1”>shop_webhook</custom-type>
This WPML consultant told me that these post types should not be set as “translatable” because they will cause a configuration problem in WCML.

These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this: Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.”

I have had this problem where the currency switcher has not been working. We would like to use both kenya shillings and usd. Where the usd is the primary currency in the backend. But the Kes is the one shows on front end.
Kindly help on this as the currency switcher in the theme options is unresponsive when you click add new currency button.
Also Pikoworks Custom Post theme seems to not be compatible with PHP 8+ coz the plugin crashes the website on PHP 8.2

Hi, I am facing some issues with the theme at https://labelkefi.com/ Firstly it is now showing cart count in header cart icon when I add a product to cart Secondly its keep showing old cart product and new cart products are not visible in cart icon even after added successfully.

Its not fixed at all. You just disabled ajax cart. But sill the same issue. Its not working on home page or single product page. And in cart after removing every thing from the cart if I add a new product I do not add the new product but show the old cart items which are I already removed. Please get it fixed. Also I want to use the AJAX cart add and do not want the page to be reloaded very time I add a new product

Check the video its not using ajax cart and still have issues. did you even check with the video? If yes you should see that its reloading the page every time I add a product. and after that if i click on the view cart icon its showing different items then I added.

Nope. Its not working for me even without ajax cart. If you want I can share you a video. Again let me know the latest version of woocommerce for which your theme will work (including ajax cart)

i am mention you before when its update i will fix the ajax issue. now you can disable to ajax cart. use normal added to cart. and continue selling your product. when update coming then you update theme file.
