Good morning, Last month my fashionandillustration.com website had a conflict between the Pikoworks Core and WPML String Translation plugins. With the help of a WPML support technician, I managed to solve the main problem when he recommended me to purchase the licence of Xtocky – WooCommerce Responsive Theme.
After that, the WPML technician suggested that I contact the author of the theme and ask him to remove the following entries from his wpml-config.xml file
1 <custom-type translate=”1”>shop_order</custom-type> 2 <custom-type translate=”1”>shop_order_refund</custom-type> 3 <custom-type translate=”1”>shop_coupon</custom-type> 4 <custom-type translate=”1”>shop_webhook</custom-type>
This WPML consultant told me that these post types should not be set as “translatable” because they will cause a configuration problem in WCML.
