Is there any way to bring the login design from your Hitek theme to Woodmart? It comes down from the top, I thought it was beautiful. I didn’t see any options to customize the Woodmart login. On your client’s website https://garuka.pe/ the login is different from the one shown in Woodmart, but the theme is Woodmart, I didn’t find anything in the documentation about it.

For multi-color swatch for product variations you can use a picture with two colors. In order to use Image swatches instead of Color swatches, please navigate to Products > Attributes > Configure term value of attribute > disable / remove the color swatch and enable the option Image swatch.

Hi I have tested your search form and it seems very basic. 1. Ajax search takes a long time to get a result and does not match or follow the user’s search, you may need to change it to predictive search or use JQuery UI. 2. If users searches for this word : (men) they get a result that does not match what they looking for, it shows tables and chairs instead of showing for example: shorts, shoes and men’s clothing… etc, It also shows the following message if there are no products (No products were found matching your selection), it is not recommended to show this message to the user. If there are no products, get similar products in that case. Please test your search in demo to understand it better and compare it to similar online shopping sites. You will see the difference.

Occasionally, the header disappears, and this issue has persisted intermittently for a while now. The only solution so far has been to clear the cache to bring it back, but we have no idea when it happens and why, it’s totally random and thus frustrating to have to hand check things all the time..
Your header tool still requires improvement in handling caching effectively; this has been a recurring issue. Another significant concern is the lack of control over various breakpoints, which remains one of my biggest frustrations with using this theme. It’s puzzling why this issue has never been addressed.

@xtemos ok we will try this method and do let us know what the future plans are for the header builder, it’s such a great idea, but it really needs work to be truly unified.
We have this in our feature requests list but don’t plan this to be implemented in the near future.

Similar to this elementor widget, I am looking for one with next options:
- to show a single product anywhere, and to have the ablity to show or hide different informations.
- to have an option to choose from 3 different paths for the button: Add to cart, Go to product page, Custom link.
- when you have a variable product, to have the option to show only 2 of 5 attributes, for example, and when I click on the button to go to product page, these 2 to be autoselected

Hey guys, I found an issue with WoodMart. Theme will not fire purchase – event to Google Tag Manager for some (unclear) reasons. All other events are being fired fine. But w/o purchase event it’s not possible to do ecommerce tracking with Google Analytics etc.
I’ve got everything up to date. Tag Manager is connected via GTM4WP – Plugin and set up correctly. Tags, Triggers, E-Commerce Events in Tag Manager are all set up correctly, too. Google Analytics is also set up correctly.
I have tried with another theme (default Twenty Twenty – Four) and found, the purchase – event will be fired correctly then. So, I went back to WoodMart theme and got rid of it’s woodmart/woocommerce/checkout – files as purchase event usually will be fired on thank-you – page. But no luck, purchase – event still won’t be fired.
Bottom line: WoodMart prevents purchase event from being fired to Tag Manager as changing the theme will resolve that.

Hi, this is an install issue so it’s more useful here: With php 8.3.9 input_vars on 10000 and timeouts on 300, no matter what, after 15%, import demos shows “The import could not be completed due to a low timeout limit on the server. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase it to 300 seconds.” Notice that it does not seems to be a php timeout limit since the script it does not runs for 5 minutes.

If we use this space instead a walled place then people like me will benefit because we read this prior purchase and it’s important to make informed decisions. This is probably trivial and it’s not even an issue with your theme, it’s just a problem with the importing process. Your theme is great and I tried a few others on these days. Kindly.

I understand some but in my case, i’m not using my devenv also I can use Envato items but not to give credentials circunventing the code that did not came from Envato I’m affraid. Credentials is not a trivial thing for some of us. I did manage in a third (the second server fails too) to get all but in the two others fails with silently (nothing evident on logs) except for the “The import could not be completed due to a low timeout limit on the server. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase it to 300 seconds.” which clearly is not the problem since it does not run for 5 minutes. Fresh latest wp and php 8.3.9. Nothing more. Demo import (a marginal value in perspective cause the theme is great) is not robust enough.

Consider adding cloudflare to your troubleshooting. I notice that disabling “proxy” on their side makes this at least runs longer (fails anyway, but further down percentage). Maybe not related but nevertheless, trying to help.

I’m not the only one, I did find two others in these days on your forums so we are at least three right now. And for the kind of hack you share, you are not so sure that this is on our end since you don’t are confident enough with your end and switch it to b-cdn.net. I’ll get you a non working install in a non relevant server but you can do that also on your own. Let me do that with prety vanilla config and your inputvars and all that jazz so you can look at it. Does it help?

But When i add my website on google search console live test my page layout is broken and just broken text aval not any images etc.

I have 2 licenses, 2 purchase codes.
I am not currently using the websites the theme were originally connected to, and I didn’t de-activate the themes, when I stopped using the websites.
I need to use the codes on my new websites, without getting an error my licenses are used on sites, I’m not using anymore. Can you re-fresh the licenses, confirm I can use my 2 licenses on 2 separate sites.
