Hi, after updating theme to version 1.8.5 ANPS Shortcodes have disappeared from WP Bakery and the frontend is oabviously broken, they are not rendered. Site renders fine with theme version 1.8.0.

After updating the theme, you also need to update the Anps Theme Plugin to the latest version. This will restore the ANPS shortcodes in WPBakery and fix the frontend.
If the issue is still there after updating the plugin, please extend your support period and contact our support team here: https://anpsthemes.freshdesk.com/ and include your site URL, WP-Admin login, and purchase code.

You are right, the ANPS Theme plugin does not update automatically at the moment, even if the theme updates. We will improve this and add plugin update support directly from the WordPress dashboard in a future update.

I have updated the theme as you mentioned, but there is still an issue with the theme. Whenever I click on any page, the website gets stuck. You mentioned a cache plugin, but there is no such plugin on my website. Despite doing everything, the website is still getting stuck. When I update plugins, sometimes there is an issue with Contact Form 7, and sometimes there is an issue with Elementor Pro’s theme documents. Your support is not responding. This is very embarrassing.

To really expect someone to deign to answer something here is a waste of time. The same as waiting for an update of the theme and its components. I regret having bought 2 times Anps themes. Never again.

I don’t have a particular query at the moment. But I have had it on other occasions and they took too long to respond. I think this is a good place to answer small queries, it is not always necessary to open a ticket. Although maybe all you want me to say is that I’m already out of the 6 months of support. Beyond this, it is incredible that they do not update the theme and consequently its most important components (WP Bakery Builder & Revolution Slider). There is no way to be more or less up to date with the versions of the components provided by ANPS.

1) I have updated my theme and plugins, but when I change the PHP version from 7.4 to 8.0 or 8.1, the website freezes when clicking on any menu. The “Js” keeps loading, causing Chrome to take a lot of load.
2) Your plugin “Apns Theme” shows an “Invalid header” error when updated.

We purchased this thinking it could be edited using Elementor Pro. After contacting your support team it’s clear that’s not how it works. We have asked for a refund (which we think is fair) – can you please confirm that you will issue the refund?
