Thank you for your clear and detailed response. We truly appreciate your clarification regarding the images and design elements.
It is very important for us that the layouts, gradients, colors, and overall styling remain exactly as shown in the demo. We are glad to have this confirmed.
At this stage, we would like to proceed with an additional request:
We will be using the Homepage 2 layout, and we require a filterable gallery section on the homepage to showcase our services.
Our requirements are as follows:
A filtering system where: The “All” button displays all images Category buttons (e.g., Ready-Mix Concrete, Excavation, etc.) display only relevant images This functionality can follow the same logic as the existing Portfolio system in the theme
Additionally:
We would like to use the Portfolio → Portfolio Style 1 layout This section should be placed under the “Our Work Process” area on Homepage 2 The gallery should display 4 images per row (full-width grid layout) On each image: Only a “+” (zoom) icon should be visible Clicking the icon should open the image in a lightbox (without redirecting to a detail page)
All other parts of the theme already meet our needs. This is the only customization we require.
If possible, we would greatly appreciate your support with this as a small paid customization or a goodwill gesture. Please let us know if this is feasible, along with the estimated timeline.
Additionally, if this customization is implemented as requested, we are planning to use this theme for several of our upcoming projects as well.

Yes we can do it with some JS code. Just purchase our theme and create a ticket on our support site so our team will send you code. Then paste the code in the Colza Option section and it will be working as you described.

We would like to ask for clarification and share a request regarding the theme we are planning to purchase.
We understand that demo images and photos are not included in the package due to licensing restrictions, and this is completely acceptable for us. We are not requesting those images.
However, our main concern is related to the design elements that define the visual identity and overall consistency of the theme, such as:
Background gradients and color transitions Sketch-style or illustrative background designs UI card components and layout structures Decorative background patterns used in sections such as the footer
We would like to know whether these design elements are included in the theme package.
If these elements are not included in the current package, we would kindly request your support in including these design assets as part of the package in order to preserve the overall design consistency.
Our goal is to implement the theme in a way that maintains the same level of visual quality and coherence as demonstrated in the demo.

Thank you for your message.
The images used in the demo are not included with the theme, so you won’t receive the exact same images. Instead, we have replaced them with free images that are fully licensed for commercial use, so you can safely use them on your live (production) site.
All other design elements—such as layouts, gradients, colors, and styling—will remain exactly the same as shown in the demo. The only difference will be the images.
If you notice any element that does not match the demo, please let us know and we’ll be happy to provide or fix it for you.

It looks like you installed or activated any caching plugin. Please clear cache in the plugin and it will be shown on frontend users too.
We don’t have any caching feature in our theme. The cache is fully depends on WordPress or hosting service provider.
If you are not using any caching plugin then please contact your hosting service provider as some providers doing service side caching.
If still not solved, then please create a ticket on our support site and we will check it for you.

Hi,
I am you are referring the background image of the Title area. That area is called Titlebar. You can change it from Theme Options (globally for all pages) and also from individual service (for that page only). Just edit the Service (not with Elementor) and you will find the options.
If you are referring the image after the “Our Services” menu area, then it’s featured image. Just edit the service from WordPress (not with Elementor) and you can see option to change it.

I just install the theme and trying to edit footer row 1st column, but on top of widegts page there 2 following errors appear:
1. The “text” block was affected by errors and may not function properly. Check the developer tools for more details. 2. The “custom_html” block was affected by errors and may not function properly. Check the developer tools for more details.
Due to this error, I can’t change logo text etc in the footer. Can you please check why this is happening.

Installed this theme a couple of days ago. It seems ok when you’re logged in to the admin. The moment you log out, the page doesn’t load correctly. I contacted support, they asked for credentials and did nothing – didn’t give any feedback. My support ticket is 294212.

The theme is not properly installing. That is usual. But when i contact them, the author asked for the credentials and i provided too. But afterwards no response from them. I tried to reach them several time through email. But no replies. Reallly unprofessional and i would rate their Customer service as 0/10.
