Specifically, I want the user who pays for the listing to be able to send the deposit voucher to the account. Is this possible?

I was going to purchase the theme, it is perfect but it missing the most important thing any business needed nowadays. The mobile app for both ios and android.

We also need more options for blogs. They look a little rough. The blog details at the top are listed 3 times.

I find that the mobile version is a little choppy. In the reponsive view, I gave two search icons. The app verseion is also choppy in that it’s hard to navigate, and the version two has a critical error. I think you need to update the mobile version as most people use a phone for directories these days.

Loader keeps loading on website. What kind of issue is this? I’m not able to find the issue. We are using 2.9.3 version.

Hello team, i have 2 plans, Gold plan is Rs.5000 per year and 2nd Silver plan is Rs.1000 per year. How do i ensure that the Gold Plan listings remain in higher position inside the directory over the paid Silver plan listings. Also, the free listings, i am assuming will remain below Gold and Silver plans as these remain unclaimed. Appreciate your guidance.. thanks.

I recently created a website using the latest v2.9.4 version and have been encountering a persistent message on my dashboard:

“Important Update Notice!

Thanks for updating your theme, now we highly recommend you to also update the following plugins. 1—- ListingPro Reviews”

I followed the recommended steps and even tried a fresh install to ensure there were no other issues, but the problem persists.

I’ve also updated the ListingPro Reviews plugin to version 1.5, but the issue still remains. Could you please look into this and provide a patch or solution?

Sorry, the reviews plugin is not updated and in order to remove the red warning banner, I had to disable it. I hope you will publish a more stable version soon.

Fix “Select Business Features There is no Option available”

I just updated to v2.9.4, when adding a listing, I can’t select Features for the listing category. It seems to be a bug in this new update because when I reverted to v2.9.3 it worked fine. For the trust of users, please check carefully before releasing the new version.

I have updated to the latest v2.9.4 and I have this persistent message in my dashboard.

I used a GPL licence a few days to test the theme and decide if I want to use it. I like it and I purchased the licence today, however, in the Licence section there is a GPL licence already included, could you please instruct me on how to insert the new licence? Tnx!

I have updated to 2.9.4 and followed this notice to update also the plugin listing pro and other listing pro add ons.

But this notice is still there.

What’s wrong? I also reinstalled the reviews plugins a couple of times. It didn’t help.

We’re also getting an error message saying the we still need to update ListingPro Reviews, but we did this as part of the update per your instructions. And two critical vulnerability messages which we cannot override. Per my earlier comment, please respond, because your updates have essentially broken our website!

I have run the recent theme update for ListingPro, and followed all your instructions, including changing from the Child theme to Parent theme before installing the updates. And now everything is installed, all my customisations (that I paid for through Pro support with your team), have disappeared! Please help. I am not willing to pay yet again to renew support when I followed YOUR update instructions exactly as you requested! All my theme edits have also been lost so now the whole site looks terrible and the listings cannot be located by customers. VERY disappointed and need urgent help please.
