To have a menu which will be show when “hamburger” icon is clicked, you need to set “Fullscreen Menu” layout (showcased here) to display globally on whole site. This can be done by adjusting “Header Layout” option in Hiroshi Core Options > Header.

We just tried to ask questions for the first time as a support following instructions you gave via our LoveLsTzyMedia account, but it says our support has expired. Can you please still help us as we have never asked any support questions since we purchased your theme? Here are the 3 questions:

1. how can we add more links in stead of just 1 under “read more”

2. how to make that the pictures are not squished but the normal size under 4th block “Interior” on this link https://hiroshi.qodeinteractive.com/

3. how to make more sub menus under top left menu meaning we have for example Interior and once they put their mouse or a finger on mobile it opens up to let’s say 5 sections under Interior and then each section again to open up another 4 sections for example

Suddenly the Fullscreen portfolio slider not working. It is only showing the first image, but no sliding.

and secondly

Testimonials slider not showing any testimonials at all.

It came all over the sudden, we didnt do anothing with our site for months. Apart from wp updates

This is most likely related to the swiper library from the QiAddons plugin. Try to update the QiAddons plugin to the latest version and disable the Swiper library upgrade option in Qi Addons for Elementor > Settings tab > General

I have an issue with linking categories to the portfolio. I created new categories and assigned them to the portfolio projects, but those categories aren’t working. When I use the ‘Category list’ and switch from ‘show all’ to a specific category, nothing appears; the screen goes blank. The parallax effect requires an image with a large width and height. That way it is uploaded to the background of the section and it moves at a different speed from the section content when you scroll.

Hi, the more I use this theme, the more I’m disappointed I am of how poor are the settings you can do without editing css. It’s a great step back in theme usability. Also theme documentation is poor, it doesn’explain or add anything you can just reed and try to guess by yourself. I’m aware that this is not a reason you could take into account to ask for a refund, otherwise I would have done so.

Your support is great, I write to them daily, because of the lack of settings, but it’s not a way I like to work.
