We deregistered the purchase code for you. You should be able to register the theme now.
You also have an option deregister your purchase code via deregistration form at our Help Center in “My Products” section of your account. If you are unsure about the domain where the theme was previously registered, you can enter any url (like google.com), and in the error message the correct url will be written.

Hi, we’re experiencing several critical issues with the Dor theme after switching our primary domain and clearing the cache. The website started breaking with multiple PHP errors due to missing core functions like:
dor_mikado_sidebar_layout()
dor_mikado_content_elem_style_attr()
We also encountered deprecated warnings such as:
Deprecated: substr(): Passing null to parameter #1 ($string) of type string is deprecated in mkdf.functions.php
Additionally, when trying to activate required plugins, we face the following problems:
Error when activating Dor Core plugin: Could not create directory. /wp-content/plugins/dor-core/
Fatal error when activating Elementor: Class “Elementor\Core\Logger\Manager” not found
And a fatal error appears when activating WPBakery Page Builder as well.
Due to these issues, the homepage is not loading correctly — the content is missing, and even the navigation and footer are not displaying.
It seems our copy of the theme is corrupted or incomplete, and we’re unable to restore the site fully. Could you please help us by providing a clean, up-to-date version of the theme and any necessary steps to reinstall it correctly? Your urgent assistance would be greatly appreciated as the live site is currently down.

You don’t need to install WooCommerce plugin if you don’t plan on creating an online store with the theme.
Available options for page preloader are showcased in the screenshot. Unfortunately, there is no option to set different text for Dør Spinner. This can only be changed in theme files.

Please check if you have updated the theme and its plugins to the latest version listed in change log.
If you need to update theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins. After you update the theme all of the plugins with available updates will be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.

I recently purchased the Dor theme and installed it through wordpress. After installing, we found that our old theme was causing issues with the Dor theme we installed causing major issues with our site. We uninstalled wordpress and reinstalled it to start fresh. When re-installing the Dor theme, we got the message “This code was already used to register another domain. Please deregister your code there so that you can use it for registering here.” We are unable to deregister the code from our original site as it was completely erased. Please advise as to how we can fix this issue as soon as possible. We would like to get going on our site. We purchased the theme 2 weeks ago. I will send a support message as well. Thank you.

When updating theme and bundled plugins, we recommend following instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins.
After you update the theme all of the plugins with available updates will be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.
Once you update theme and plugins, you should navigate to Dør Options > General and click on ‘Save Changes’ button in order to generate a new dynamic CSS file.

We are sorry, however, this is not true. We located your ticket which was submitted which was submitted only this Friday and we see that it was updated with response and that our support agents imported demo content for you. It is noted at our Help Center that our working time is from 9am until 5pm CET during weekdays (please see screenshot). We are not working over weekend, so tickets submitted during weekend are replied once the work week starts.

The Dør theme is compatible with both Elementor and WPBakery page builder which is included as bundled plugin with the theme. It also has both Elementor and WPBakery demos and you you can choose which one to import in Dør Dashboard > Import.
The theme is compatible with latest version of WordPress and with PHP 8.2.

This Slider is created by our team as part of the demo and it is available only with Dør theme. However, the similar slider can be created in our other themes too. There is an option inside the Slider Revolution to enable Navigation Thumbnails and you can find more info here.

On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import.
Also, we recommend navigating to Appearance > Menus and deleting menus before you repeat demo import so menu items don’t get duplicated.

You can. The purchase code is necessary on localhost only for demo import. After that you can deregister it from your localhost installation and register it on live installation. The localhost installation should continue to work correctly even when the purchase code is deregistered. Theme options, shorcodes and meta boxes are disabled only if theme purchase code is not registered on live server.
