You can install anther an avatar plugin. It can conflict some plugins. Please deactivate any plugins and test again.

I need a theme for streaming, but when I tested yours on my phone in playlist mode, if I put the video in full-screen mode and it automatically jumps to the next video after finishing, the video exits full-screen, and I have to click again to enter full-screen. I believe this is bad, especially for children. Is it possible for the video to move to the next one without exiting full-screen mode?

Currently, when switching to the next video, the page is reloaded, so full-screen mode is turned off. This is related to user experience and most website turn off full-screen mode.
If you know of some pages that are still full-screen when switching to the next video. Please let me know. This mode switching is based on user experience. We will update if users need it.

I also wonder that can StreamVid remember with cookies the position of the movie user/nonuser left and they can continue from where they left?

Ans: If you use url from another server add to videos without using iframe then you can use their .vtt file to add subtitles. If you use iframe then it won’t work.

Ans: It has the function of saving user’s viewing history but must use Streamvid’s video player. If using iframe then only saved watched videos and not saved time.

In this case should I only can use VTT files as a subtitle or I can use another format too like SRT etc. ? Can I also put those subtitles to another server and path adn just give their URLs and they will work without a problem?

In this case should I only can use VTT files as a subtitle. The videojs player only supports VTT. If you need to use SRT you need to customize the code.

If I can convert SRT to VTT without a problem and I can define it via external URL I guess there won’t be any custom code. But what if I re1uest to add SRT option to the player would you conaider update the whole theme without extra fee or you willcharge some extra?

If you have edited and customized the code a lot, you should install a child theme, copy all the code there. So, next time you only update the parent theme.

There is such a module on another theme, but I don’t want to write it so as not to advertise them. If you want, I’ll email it to you so you can see as an example at least., it allows you to select the content you want and import it automatically. I would like to buy your theme, but since it doesn’t have such a module, it will save me a lot of time, I will wait for the future, if you plan to implement something like this, that would be great.

Regular license isn’t enough for installing in multi wordpress sites. Because your domain can represent different site content ir can be used for different purpose.
However, you can build it from domain and transfer after complete your site to another domain.
Final, the website will be able to use this theme if the domain name is changed later. Please sure same code, content and image. All work should transfer by yourself.

The new update has many features and has edited many files. You should save your code customizations, backup and upgrade the theme. Ideally, you should use a child theme and copy the code to that.
We recommend that you use a child theme and copy all the code customizations to the child theme. Then update to the new version.
