A common issue that can occur with users new to installing WordPress themes is a "Broken theme and/or stylesheets missing” error message being displayed when trying to upload or activate the theme. This error message does not mean that the theme you have purchased is broken, it simply means it has been uploaded incorrectly. Luckily, there is a very easy fix.

1. Login to your ThemeForest account and access your download page.
2. Locate the theme in your list and click the download button.
3. Save the theme package on your hard drive.
4. Find streamvid.zip in the StreamVid folder.
5. Install the latest version you downloaded (Replace the active version with the newly uploaded one).
6. Deactivate and delete the Jws Streamvid, Streamvid Core, and Jws Tmdb Import plugins. Reinstall them as required (begin installing plugins).

Note: This update will cause some of your customized code to be lost if you have customized code in the parent theme. Please backup carefully before updating. We recommend you to use StreamVid child theme.
