Recent update the site is broken on chrome desktop. If you dont pay yearly for support then you get nothing as their forum is only locked to others. Something for others to think about before wasting time and money on here.

Thanks for your interests to our theme, 1 jnews license can only be used for 1 domains, but you can also used in Wordpress multisite environment as long as it using the same domains, for example like id.jnews.io, us.jnews.io and sg.jnews.io

Thanks for using JNews, to add the login button to the header, you can add it from Dashboard > Appearance > Cusomize > JNews : Header Option when you access that option at the bottom of the screen will appear JNews header builder section, from the header builder you can add the login button to the top bar, please check the screenshot below
if you want to create a mega menu, you can create it from Dashboard > Appearance > Menu > Select Menu to edit > Select one of the menu item > Edit the mega menu category section , please check the screenshot below

Thank you for reaching out with your concern. Our template system is designed to optimize both performance and storage efficiency. We store the templates on our server, which helps prevent unnecessary use of your storage, especially for templates you may not use. Given that we offer several templates, many of which contain a lot of images, the only time your server sends requests to ours is when you visit the Import Demo and Styles page. At that point, the request is solely for the preview, allowing it to load faster. The template data is only fetched when you decide to import one of the templates.
This setup ensures that your admin experience remains smooth, even if our server were to experience downtime, as it only impacts the preview and import process, not the functionality of your existing templates.

This is not ok for 25k websites to depend on your server. It happened to me with another template from envato after a few months they decided to discontinue it and they asked money for a new template and I could not use it anymore. Sadly I have purchased this template a few months ago and not used it yet so I cannot ask for money back. I will not risk my business using a template which have many functions tied to another server, this is more like a “croudstrike” scenario.

I managed to reinstall the theme after it broke the site and so far no issues but I noticed on the homepages, I have several instances of “Optimal Column” warnings. Do you know if there is a fix for this or is it part of the theme features?

I want it to have the same appearance as the homepage of my news portal. In other words, I need to build a customized theme. I have a development team, and I want to include custom code to tailor the project according to my specific needs.
I also need to develop the entire project locally using WSL2 with Docker and Visual Studio, and then create a backup to upload to the main hosting environment.

Your theme needs to make many improvements to become 100% functional, and you do not prioritize making improvements.

Another problem is that you are charging support for your clients. There are reports that after 6 months [you have to pay again to have support updates.

[PLUGIN] Update JNews – Review v11.6.0 is the BIG PROBLEM!
My review scores are being changed automatically!
For example. A product that I previously gave a score of 7.6 now automatically becomes a 7!
We have a strict review policy on our website that no editor may change the score of a reviewed product. But it looks like the JNews update has now done so and as a result, my website visitors have been manipulated since 1 August 2024 without me realising it before!

please make sure the JNews – Essential plugin is activated, please also check in your browser console if there are any errors, you can check it by visiting the customizer > right click on the browser > inspect > click console tab
