Sometimes the popup window appears as expected, but other times it doesn’t show up at all. I’m unsure about the logic or criteria that control its display.
Additionally, in the Promo Popup settings page of the theme, there is an option at the bottom labeled “Popup Version.” I am not clear about the purpose or function of the “Popup Version” setting.
Could you please provide more details on how the Promo Popup works and clarify the role of the “Popup Version” setting?

Thank you for your response. As per your suggestion, I tried to submit a ticket through the other service system. However, I am unable to do so because my purchase code for the WoodMart theme has expired.
I have purchased two licenses for the WoodMart theme and have never used your support ticket system before. Unfortunately, when I encountered an issue for the first time and needed support, my service period had already expired. In this situation, I feel somewhat disappointed because I am unable to receive a direct answer.

Thank you for your response. I do not require your assistance with specific settings; I am simply looking to understand the logic behind the Promo Popup functionality in the WoodMart theme.
For example, once the popup is displayed and I manually close it, it does not appear again upon refreshing the page. If I want to see it again, approximately how long would I need to wait for it to reappear? Additionally, I have tested switching to different IP networks and noticed that the popup always appears the first time a new IP accesses the site. This has led to some confusion about how it operates.
I would like to understand the specific mechanics of how this feature works, particularly under what conditions the popup will display again. Thank you for your assistance!

It is displayed only once, and when you close it, it is hidden for seven days. The information about closed popups is stored in the browser’s cookies. If you clean the cookies, you can see the popup again.
I have a few questions, I’ve not used the theme in a few years, but recently started to create a update in a dev site using furniture 2, I’ve been having some issues and cant get a few things to work.
1. The bread crumbs don’t seam to work when using the toggle switch in the admin
2. The descriptions does not work when using the toggle switch
after a lot of time looking, I managed to get it to work by editing the product archive folder, I don’t know If this is a issue but maybe you could updated the demo in the next update if it is.
Now what i’ve cannot figured out
1. How to increase the text size for the nav menu and Do I need to setup a megamenu to allow more options in the dropdown
2. I’m still not sure how to make the Our categories icons smaller as they take up too much space and a lot more on mobile devise
3. How to Obfuscate contact details to prevent spam bots from harvesting them, but make it readable like a regular email address for human visitors.

I was wondering in case of attributes, your theme supports / allows both swatch image and attribute name to be displayed at the same time. For example attribute name (eg 100ml) and underneath a small swatch image (eg the bottle shape). When swatch image is used, the attribute name is only displayed on mouse over. Does your theme supports displaying both?
Are any plans in future update, the attribute swatch image to be displayed only when the user clicks on the attribute name?

I found a solution, I created 6 html blocks, each with all swatch images in one image and the corresponding swatch is highlighted. Then in the variation description I added the corresponding html block. The only thing, 200 products x 6 variations = 1200 copy-paste!
One more suggestion, do you think that displaying all variations expanded with the prices (in case there is only one attribute), could be an add on / implemented in a future update? In my opinion that would be very handy by means of customer experience. If for example there are 10 variations, each with a different price, the user could see all variations / prices at once and compare quickly. Otherwise when he will click on the 10th variation he will have forgot what he show in the 1st, 2nd etc variation.
Do you think that something like that could be in your plans for a future update?

2. After importing the data, you can customize it your needs. If you have any difficulties, let me know and I will help you.

Any way to make all woocommerce product images in the grid same size? im hosting images remotely , so i dont have direct control. Even if images don’t display fully and overflow is hidden, im fine with it as long as containers are all the same size.

I checked the Ajax request send to the server and the key:value pair sends the json string but with no video URL. The video URL is a locally update .mov video file

Swatches buttons will be filled with images chosen for product variations and not with images uploaded to attribute terms. this function is not working after recent update attribute swatch button only fills with image we have uploaded at attribute setting not with variation product image please look into this
