Only thing I despise about this theme, is that it is built with WPBakery Page Builder which does not allow any type of plugin updates unless you purchase the “WPBakery Page Builder” or the author includes the update in “recently updated” version of the theme. This leave your site at risk as you cannot update the “WPBakery Page Builder Plugin” without purchasing “WPBakery Page Builder”. This doubles the price of the theme…

Hi, I just saw that my site was completely destroyed and when I connected to the dashboard, I saw that the purchase code item was no longer entered… So I re-entered it and it told me that it was assigned to another domain!!! Hi, I originally purchased this template for a website, crisgood.com, but the website is no longer active. I want to transfer this theme to a new website but can’t because the host provider for the old website deleted all the files for wp. So, I have no way of deactivating it on that website so I can reactivate it on the new site. Can you reset the purchase code or issue me a new one so I can repurpose the template for the new website? We used WPML, but how can the Portfolio (projects) be translated? The Mato theme + WMPL offers dual language only for the pages and posts.

Hello! Yes, you can use a video background, but it will be half separated because of the top split path. It can be with a video background, or video in popup by clicking

I have a problem with One Click Demo Import
After some seconds, I’v got an error “Error: error (504)”
How can I solve?
The 504 (Gateway Timeout) status code indicates that the server, while acting as a gateway or proxy, did not receive a timely response from an upstream server it needed to access in order to complete the request. The error may be a temporary occurrence due to too much traffic toward the server or site.
So, what can I do? Just wait and retry?

I recently changed the domain of my website from frankreation.com to mediatailor.com.au. The website remains the same, but the domain name has been updated. The old domain is no longer active, and I wasn’t able to unregister the license before the transfer. As a result, I’m unable to activate the license on the new domain.

I used the theme to test on one of my sites a little while back but we eventually did not decide to use the theme. However, I’m now at a position where I would be using this theme but I’m getting an error message with trying to register the license. It’s saying that it is connected to the test domain via Ionos which we did not end up using and which does not exist anymore, yet it says the license is connected which is not the case.
Any help on how I could unlink our license so I can use it on this new build?

Can I install the licence for a test domain name for developmant phase and then move the website with licence to the real domain name?
Hello! You can activate/deactivate(only on activated host) by Mato Dashboard (register/deregister button). So, you can activate the staging site. After developing and transferring to the main domain, please deactivate the staging site and activate the main one. Also, you can ask about deactivating the support team or write in the theme comments
