Hello, I am currently using your Shopio theme version 1.1.8 on a WordPress site running version 6.7.2 with PHP 8.1. I am considering updating Elementor to version 3.20.3, but I would like to confirm compatibility with your theme before proceeding.

In the debug.log file, I am seeing the following warning repeatedly: PHP Warning: Undefined array key “color” in /wp-content/themes/shopio/inc/elementor/class-elementor.php on line 61

Additionally, WordPress diagnostics report that the theme is attempting to load translations too early, before the init hook: Translation loading for the “shopio” domain was triggered too early

These messages suggest a possible incompatibility or outdated code not fully aligned with the latest versions of WordPress and Elementor.

Could you please confirm:

Whether Shopio is fully compatible with Elementor 3.20.3 (or later)?

If a newer version of the theme is available?

If any recommended updates or fixes are required to avoid these issues?

The site is currently working, but after a previous Elementor update, we experienced a white screen. We want to avoid this from happening again.

I purchased the Shopio – Multipurpose WooCommerce theme, expecting a reliable product. Unfortunately, when the latest update was released, it caused errors on my live website. I immediately reached out to their support team, hoping for a quick resolution, but after 45 days, I still haven’t received any response.

This lack of communication is extremely frustrating, especially since I also requested a refund, which was completely ignored. The poor customer service and unresponsive support are highly disappointing.

I strongly advise anyone considering this theme to be cautious. The theme might look good initially, but if you encounter issues, you could end up with zero support from their team. Save your time, money, and website stability by looking for other reliable alternatives.

I bought your theme today, it looks like great but I notice one issue : the pagespeed score you mentioned isn’t true. As you can see I done some tests with your demo and in localhost… preformance are poor, espacialy on mobile

Older version of Shopio – Multipurpose WooCommerce WordPress Theme was installed on our website https://solestone.in/ i.e. version 1.00. But as per your recent update through Envato the shopio theme newer version 1.1.4 downloaded – when extracting the zip file – we found that the child theme is missing, and only the parent theme was available in the zip file. Hence we wanted to check if we should replace only the parent theme and retain the older version child theme as it is, or would you be providing a newer version of child theme for this update.
