Since ListingPro is a business listing directory, we’ve created a custom “listing” post type specifically for business listings.

However, for regular WordPress posts, we are using the default post type, which does not include a built-in feature to track individual post or listing views.

While ListingPro is compatible with WPML and Loco Translate for multilingual support, we have not yet officially tested the theme with Polylang. If you decide to use Polylang, we recommend testing it thoroughly in a staging environment before deploying it live to ensure everything works smoothly.

Regarding RTL (Right-to-Left) support, our team is actively working on it, and we plan to release it in an upcoming update. We will notify our users as soon as it’s available.

what should we do no reply’s

on the first ticket itself my experience is really bad 13 days for today , giving no repls on tickes , the issue is slowness of theme when updated to new version , the script valuation time and js taking more time to load , if you deactivate listing pro plugin the it loads superfast , i had send all details and video , never wanted to comment here but you had left us with no chose last 4 days im sending reply on tickets for an update , how will i run a website if your support is like this , should we use your theme only for demo projects ?

3. Repeated and Unsorted Categories: The duplicate or messy categories you’re seeing in the search results and suggestions come from how they are configured in the backend. Sorting and cleaning up the categories in the backend will ensure they appear correctly on the frontend.

Yes! you can migrate from other theme to Listingpro but by using WP All Import.

ListingPro is compatible with WP ALL IMPORT. First, you need to export all your listings as CSV or XML and import it with WP ALL IMPORT.

You can also go to the WP ALL IMPORT and check if your current theme is included on their add-ons page.
