I recently purchased the Holleta theme from ThemeForest. While the theme is visually appealing and functionally rich, I unfortunately encountered a serious issue regarding font compatibility with the Turkish language.
As mentioned in my previous inquiry, Turkish characters are not displayed correctly on my site, even though the theme claims to support Latin Extended fonts. Despite trying all standard solutions, including setting the correct charset (UTF-8) and verifying the fonts used, the issue persists—particularly in Google Chrome. This renders the theme unusable for a Turkish website.
Because of this incompatibility, I am unable to proceed with this theme for my project. Therefore, I kindly request a refund as this issue significantly affects the usability of the product in my language.

Hi, I was interested in purchasing your Theme for a client of mine, but first I have a question…. If my client would not want to use your booking but use his own, which is implemented with a simple banner, are the room pages editable at will or are they pre-set pages to which you can only enter data? Because if so we would need the ability to edit elementor style pages to insert our own reservation banner… Please let me know, thanks!

Ok thank you. By additional payment gateways, what do you mean? Do you mean ones not supported by woocommerce? Because my local gateways are already supported by woocomerce and use it on my small site I am building. I use Yoco and Payfast, my local gateways.

Actually I’m creating the site for my client and he purchased the theme from his account. And there are many problems in this theme. Some times it says critical error some time “Error loading block: The response is not a valid JSON response.” And there are more errors. I’m just concern why I’m seing these errors? We recommend you to delete all WordPree files with the theme and install a clean WordPress, our theme and follow docs with demo content importing and initial theme setup step
