Thanks to the author for this great theme! Have any of you encountered an issue where sometimes posts are not sorted chronologically when viewed from a desktop computer? On mobile devices everything is perfect, but on a desktop computer, sometimes an older post is before a more recent one.

Thanks to your for your kind words. The only thing that comes to us from he top of the head is sticky post status. Posts marked as sticky end up at the top of archives.

- Can the height of the top 4 panels be modified as the ‘hover’ element is not visible on a laptop screen

1. Sure, you can set a regular navigation menu, the mobile style has been set only for illustration of available menu layout variations.
2. Sure, on our demo min-height has been set to 992px using custom css. You can set any height you need, including 100vh which will always equal to height of the viewport.
3. Sure, you can simply skip WooCommerce Installation in the process of theme setup.

Hi! I purchased this theme 2 years ago, installed it and it was working fine until yesterday when a critical error surfaced. My entire web is down currently.
This is the error: [22-May-2025 00:08:32 UTC] PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘array’ (T_ARRAY), expecting identifier (T_STRING) in /home2/companyname/public_html/dev.companyname.com.sg/wp-content/plugins/bold-timeline-lite/BTCrushUtil.php on line 11
The site mentioned this: “This theme requires the following plugin: Bold Timeline Lite.” But when i tried to install it, the site crashed hence, I am unable to install the updated plugin.

In order to resolve the issue, the best option is to delete the following folder on your web server: /wp-content/plugins/bold-timeline-lite.
This should bring your site back to life.
Once you do that, please check the version of the Amwerk theme and Amwerk plugin you are currently using. The latest version is 1.2.9 – https://documentation.bold-themes.com/changelog/amwerk-changelog.txt
If you are using an older version, please update it using one of the methods described here: https://boldthemes.ticksy.com/article/7123/
After updating the theme and Amwerk plugin to 1.2.9 you can install the latest version of Bold Timeline Lite – 1.2.6

Hi BoldThemes, I have just purchased your product called Amwerk. This theme is very good, and I like it. However, I recently encountered a small issue that I didn’t experience before. The problem is that I keep getting a 403 error when updating/saving pages. This happens on some pages but not on others, so I am very confused about the situation.
If I deactivate Bold Builder, the page saves successfully. However, when I reactivate Bold Builder, the 403 error appears again.
Could you please assist me with this?

The most probable cause of the issue is the firewall or security feature of your hosting provider which either categorizes some of the post requests as forbidden or cuts them off because of the length.
Unfortunately, this needs to be investigated with the hosting based on their logs and see if that can be somehow mitigated

Google Maps API gives fairly descriptive reasons why the map is not appearing on the pages. You can open the JavaScript console in your browser while on the page where the map is supposed to be and you will see the message describing the cause coming from Google Maps API.
Alternatively, you can send us the url of the page with the map and we will take a closer look at it.

Amwerk theme fully support RTL languages including Arabic, but keep in mind that we do not have RTL demo import.
If you wish to use Amwerk in RTL layout, you would need to import one of the available LTR demos, set the Arabic language in WP settings and rearrange the elements on your own in the page builder so you get an RTL layout. Menus, widgets, sidebars and template elements would switch on their own to RTL, but page layouts will need intervention on your side. But it can be done easily.

It is possible to do that and as long as you do not breach the regular license terms (if both domains are part of the same project) – https://themeforest.net/licenses/faq the theme does not prevent this.
Keep in mind that the theme does not include tools for domain transfer, so you will have to use a third party plugin for that or do it manually following tutorial of your choice.

Sure, the plugin that should appear during checkout and which manages order pickup does not appear. To make it appear I have to deactivate “Amwerk plugin”. Until a few weeks ago it worked without problems.

No message appears… the last update of the woocommerce pickup plugin is November 29th but the problem started before that. maybe 1 week before. I noticed it a week ago.

Related to the WooCommerce Delivery & Pickup Date Time Pro plugin we would like to be able to help, but we are not – we need an insight from the authors of the plugins on what could be wrong and based on the insight we would have a starting point.
Related to add to cart button on WooCommerce archive pages, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products and check Enable AJAX add to cart buttons on archives.

at the end of the functions.php (ideally child theme’s functionas.php)
