I downloaded the update but there are no changes in the iteck_plugin plugin and it is the same as the previous version!!! The theme is also the previous version 1.1.6!!

I had iteck theme, iteck plugin in version 1.13 updated ton 1.15 after updated iteck testimonial carousel that was existing broke. i had 3 testimonial at screen showing and sliding to show more in as carosuel .. BUt now it broke shows only one testimonial not even even slides ..

Tried, Support license is expired. I just want your theme to work. since i purchased it. If i update it it causes issue on existing testimonial carousel and if i don’t update theme, your plugin, causes issue with elementor and admin panel not loading in 1.13 version.. Give me a solution

The Iteck Theme Addons plugin is preventing Elementor from working correctly. When you deactivate it, everything works normally and even slows down the site. I share a video with you:

I updated the theme and essential plugins to version 1.1.4 but it is not compatible with WooCommerce 9.3.3 and the following message is given on the admin dashboard page. (Your theme (Iteck) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files)

Hey guys, please fix your file system bug that occurs when you attempt to import the demo data for Marketing site. It expects capital “M” for the first “marketing” directory path for fething the “redux.json” file and then for the remaining fetches I believe it looks for the correct path. I made a copy of the “marketing” directory and renamed it with a capital M for it to work. Hope it helps others too. Btw, really amazing work with this theme! Cheers.
