Can the Coming Soon page of the Archi them be adjusted to only receive the email of someone interested? I do not want to receive full messages while the site is being constructed.

We are trying to install the archi theme, but it seems Redux framework is causing the site to have a critical error. What could be the cause?

I am having a small issue recently. We updated, the site works fine except for the services. Now when we click on a service it returns a 404 error. The content and page is there but it refuses to work. What could be the issue?

Redux framework plugin seems to be breaking site, when deactivate site comes up but archi theme options are gone

We have a blank page on our website envisageinteriors.co.uk and our hosting company say it is to do with Archi theme. I have updated the theme but it makes no difference.

Having a theme issue. Using the services widget, when in mobile view the list of services has very random spacing. Some have huge spaces between them some have none.

In the team section on the One Page version. Can you make one the the url links open to their default email client with that team members email? I know how to change the icon, but cant get the url to do this. The code I insert is: Send email, but it just opens a new window back to homepage because obviously the email address has the domain name in it?

how ican change main color? i’m try to change from Theme Main Color* but nothing happen in website and still yellow the main color

Dear Archi, I am currently building a website for a client, so we installed your there on a url that we use to build our websites. Later upon delivery we import it to the client’s url and hosting. Can you please tell me how I can “deregister” the envato code on our own testing and building domain and “re-register” it on the clients url/domain. And if your theme supports this?

If not I have to buy two copies to build and test, and later add it to the clients domain which seems to be a bit extreme for me.

I am trying to upload elementor templates but I am getting errors “Request timeout Errors”

Is there ANY chance to NOT load external sources, when they are not needed?

Actually i got the theme from Elements, so i am a valid user even if it is not shown…

As i can see, youtube is ALWAYS embedded, which is not a good idea, especially when using this theme in Europe. Strict GDPR laws force you to be more conservative with external content.

Therefore i am really missing the opportunity to de-select it in the backend than cutting it out from total1.js

What PHP version is now compatible with Archi without problems? 8.2 is ok?

I was able to figure it out; the issue was having both wordpress importer and archi importer enabled; I disabled wordpress importer and was able to successfully run the import of the design the client wanted. A bit of a gotcha there but I got it.

I am not able to import the industry theme; or rather when I do it does not look like the one displayed on the site. I am able to import the dark theme demo content.

I went through the documenation and followed the import steps and it still does not look like the demo theme of the site:
