I have been using Hub from years and I have a website which is based on Demo – Asymmetric-freelancer, From past few weeks I noticed the site has some loading issue which takes almost 20 seconds to load. And I figured out an image bg-1.svg has directory issue. In installable theme files the url of image is //asymmetric-freelancer.liquid-themes.com/staging/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/bg-1.svg which is different from the live demo site i.e. //asymmetric-freelancerpro.liquid-themes.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/bg-1.svg // It stucks the page for almost 20-22 seconds to load and shows error when we inspect. Also I am shocked to see why a folder in my Upload/liquid-styles is creating so many .css files which has obviously the above image link as well, why it is even there? I try to delete it but this folder creates itself and start loading more .css files with same old bg-1.svg link which has become painful for me.

Your site may have some images that are trying to load from our demo server. Try changing the demo images and check again.

I checked your site, there seems to be no problem related to the theme.
For better performance, we recommend following the steps below on your site:
1- Have as few plugins as possible on your site. Each plugin puts extra load on your server.
2- Use a caching plugin on your site. We recommend LiteSpeed Cache or WP Rocket.
3- Use a CDN service on your site. We recommend Cloudflare or RocketCDN.
4- Enable gzip compression for your site on your server.

For anyone facing the same issue of a slow site, it’s because of the external images being loaded in the theme. Some images in the theme are loaded from the theme owner’s domain that cause cross-site request errors.
But it’s a shame the devs couldn’t point this out from their first analysis after I raised a ticket. The support basically doesn’t exist.
There is a huge performance leak in Hub Elementor Addons Plugin. If i activate it my site has 36 seconds load time. if i deactivate it, it gets fast again. HELP WANTED! cannot use the theme at all

Hi, I am setting up the Spa Hub Theme and it has the booking form created by Hub once summited the form it says “Booking Successful. Hello,
Beautiful theme – however, template blocks are not loading in the Elementor page builder. Console says it’s an SSL issue because the source site is loading them via a non-SSL domain.
I tried modifying any non-SSL requests in the plugin/theme files, but it had no effect. I did see a comment about this from @Hoodvisions in previous comments from a few months ago, and then you mentioned it was resolved…but now it’s back. Any idea why? Is this something that will keep happening?

Using Hub Collection, you can add pages/sections from prebuilt sites to your site. However, please note that StartHub 4 is designed for Elementor, while Retail Shop uses WP Bakery. These demos are not compatible with each other due to their different page builders.

This is just excuse. Why don’t you keep the Plugin updates simple? Clear your cache after update the theme!
Please make sure to clear your browser and server-side cache after the update is completed. Otherwise your website might look broken to you.

howto import a single page. At older versions i was able to import a single page from your demos. why it is not possible anymore? or megamenus for example.

You don’t need Elementor for this, simply activate the Social Sharing feature found in Theme Options > Blog > Blog Single Post. This action will append social sharing buttons to all of your posts.
