Bug Report: Alysum Template v9.1 for PrestaShop 9.0 Issue Description: After installing Alysum template version 9.1, the product combination switching functionality is not working properly. When attempting to change product combinations, the loader continuously spins but new combinations fail to load. However, the same functionality works perfectly on the default Hummingbird theme.
Technical Details Environment:
Template: Alysum v9.1 Platform: PrestaShop 9.0 Issue: Product combination loader stuck in loading state
Observed Behavior:
Loader animation appears when selecting different product combinations New combinations do not load/display No JavaScript errors appear in browser console Functionality works correctly on Hummingbird theme

Have you planned to remove AMP module and make the base theme full responsive as is? I ask because many commercial modules not work with your AMP module and on mobile the modules are uneffective.
Hi PixelMM. You can disable AMP module with no problem. As for the responsiveness, we are working all the time to improve it
I have a problem with the mobile menu the submenus won’t open on mobile only desktop. My support is expired but I think it’s an issue of the theme. Thanks

Hi. There are two additional Instagram widgets which are not required API keys. You can try them for a while. As for the module, yes, we want to update soon, before the next Prestashop 9.0 release

If you have the latest theme version you can find them in the widgets list
I was interested in the theme, but I have seen that it only offers the option of white backgrounds.
I suppose that to modify the colors of the cart and other places, it would have to be done from the code itself.

Is this theme suppose to work on sites with multistore enabled? On a stage site I’m testing I have this theme uploaded. I’ve also enabled multistore and have created a store. I had this theme activated on the default site. I then went to select it for the shop website. The shop website shows the theme and the preset chosen but when viewing the main (default) site it shows the following error:
“Theme Settings” module error. Make sure the module is installed, enabled, and hooked on “displayHeader” hook.
I have other themes I’ve uploaded for testing and notice that if I select either of those themes they load on this default site. The only theme that no longer loads is both alysum and the alysum child themes. If I try to change to a different theme on the store site it throws the following error:

If I enable debug I get the following:

After this, if I refresh the store website it no longer loads and instead displays fatal error. I disable debugging then the store site loads. The default site continues to display the same error:

If it helps I’m running php 8.1.31 on Prestashop 8.2.

I imported all json templates from pk modules into my creative elements pro, but no one has options to add banner between products. I see only simple product listing, no banners in between?

Hi. Advertisment banners are not a part of the template you can import. That’s separated module and those banners are not included as demo content. You have to go to product configuration page, find there Modules tab and click to configure Promokit Extended Product module
