I have translated the days of the week and the calendar in the company file with “Loco Translate” and it does not show it in Spanish. Is there any part from the “admin” that I have to translate? Thank you.
Hi estebannerja,
Thank you for reaching out!
Please make sure that the days of the week are also translated within the ListingPro plugin itself.
Let us know if you need further assistance!

Hello, Is it possible to create a “carousel” in the categories that appear in the “banner”? Because if I put more than 8 categories I don’t have enough width to show more Thanks
Hi estebannerja,
Thank you for your question!
By default, if you add more than 8 categories in the banner section, they will automatically display in a new line below. This way, all categories remain visible without affecting the layout’s width.
If you’re looking for a different display style, like a carousel, that would require customization.

will the menu work on any pre-built?
Hi fadedplanet,
With ListingPro, the default menu structure is designed to work seamlessly with the theme’s pre-built demos. However, if you’re using a custom or third-party pre-built template, the menu might require some adjustments or customization to fit the layout and functionality of that specific design.
In general, the menu should work on any pre-built design, but for optimal performance and compatibility, sticking to the pre-built layouts within ListingPro is recommended. If you’re integrating it into a different template, minor customization may be needed to ensure smooth functionality.

if i use the restaurant layout, it will still do everything like a directory, like multi vendor with their own stores and maps near me and so on?
Hi fadedplanet,
Yes, even if you use the restaurant layout in ListingPro, the core directory features will still function as expected.
This includes multi-vendor functionality, allowing each vendor to manage their own listings, as well as location-based features like “near me” searches, maps, and more.
The restaurant layout is simply a design variation tailored for food-related businesses, but all directory capabilities, including multi-vendor and map integrations, remain fully intact.
If you have any further questions or need assistance with setup, feel free to let us know!

Hi mondodeal,
Thank you for your inquiry!
Both of the features you mentioned are available in ListingPro, but please note that ListingPro has its own design for the pricing plan and login page.
If you’d like to have the exact same design as in the screenshot, it would require some customization.
Feel free to reach out if you have any further questions!

Hi Deval,
1. Featured Ads can be set individually for listings and aren’t tied to specific packages or categories. However, if you’d like to display listings in a section on the homepage, you can do so using the ListingPro “Listing By” element, which allows you to showcase listings from a specific category.
2. Yes, you can create different packages with varying prices, durations, and elements. For an example, you can check out how our pricing plans are set up here:
https://classic.listingprowp.com/pricing-plan/3. You can also test the ListingPro demo as an admin to explore all features in detail. This will give you a clearer idea of how to configure packages and other settings. You can access the demo here:

hello, 1/in the search bar if we select “location by admin” the displayed regions are sorted in alphabetical order, is there a way to display them in the order I want?
2/when I add a region, and in this region there are several cities, so I add the region as a parent folder, but the problem when I display the locations in the search bar, it displays all the regions and their cities at the same time, it is very busy for the search bar, is it possible to sort by city?
Thank you
Hi hamzadebabi,
Thank you for reaching out!
1. To display the regions in a custom order rather than alphabetical order, this would require customization. By default, the system arranges locations alphabetically.
2. Regarding the parent-child relationship for regions and cities, the hierarchy is similar to how Google organizes locations.
Typically, you would select a region first and then the cities within that region would be displayed. To adjust how cities and regions are displayed in the search bar, sorting by city first instead of showing all regions and cities simultaneously would also require customization.
Please let us know if you’d like to proceed with these customizations or have any further questions.

Sorry I have a few questions.
Do I need to buy the pro license for the medical + listingpro theme or when buying promedical the theme is included.
Can the theme be translated?
How does the SEO works in the theme?
Hi enriqueortizrod,
Thank you for your questions!
1. Yes, ListingPro needs to be purchased separately as it is featured on ThemeForest and is not included in the ProMedical package.
2. Yes, the theme can be translated using Loco Translate or other translation plugins.
3. The theme is built with SEO-friendly code to ensure that your listings and content are optimized for search engines.
Feel free to reach out if you have any further questions!

i was on demo and when i clicked on maps why did it open in new page? can directions work on same page? when i was on a listing, i did not see where i can click and see the owners page, do owner have a page and not just a listing page?
Hi fadedplanet,
Thank you for your questions!
1. The “Get Directions” tab redirects to an external website (Google Maps), which is why it opens in a new window. This ensures that users can access directions without losing their current place on the site.
2. The listing author does have a profile page, and you can access it by clicking on the author name or avatar displayed on the contact form of the listing detail page.
Here is a sample link to the author page from one of the ListingPro demos: https://classic.listingprowp.com/author/hostcridio-com/
Please feel free to reach out if you have any more questions!

thanks for the reply, will this work with mapbox or openstreetmaps? do this have QR code? can rss feeds, or news feeds be added easy?
you say i can get to profile on contact form, so would I have to have a account to view? because i do not see the listing author profile on this? https://restaurantpro.listingprowp.com/listing/japonessa/i have not got a reply to this?
Hi,
Does ListingPro have any plugin or custom code option that can send an automated introductory email to all registered users whenever a new listing is submitted on the website? I am looking for a feature that notifies users about new listings in real-time as part of an emailer campaign. If this feature isn’t available, could you suggest any solutions or integrations to achieve this functionality?
Thank you!
Hi eventspedia1,
Currently, ListingPro has the built-in feature to send an automated email to the admin and the user who submits a listing.
However, if you’re looking to send notifications to all registered users whenever a new listing is submitted, this would require some customization.
Feel free to reach out if you have any further questions!

HI,
Pre-sale questions:
1- Does your theme support split working hours? For example from 9 to 13, then from 14:00 to 19:00 in the same day.
2- Does your theme support many languages website in the same time using WPML or LocoTranslate plugin (for example english and Italian in the same time) ?
3- Doeas your theme support maps other than GoogleMaps (such as OpenStreetMap or MapBox for example) ?
4- Is your theme compatible with Elementor ?
Thank you.
Hi ritasia,
Thank you for your pre-sale questions! Here are the answers based on the ListingPro theme:
1. Split Working Hours: Yes, ListingPro supports split working hours. You can configure business hours to show multiple time slots for the same day, such as 9:00–13:00 and 14:00–19:00.
2. Multi-language Support: Yes, ListingPro is compatible with WPML and LocoTranslate plugins, allowing you to create a multi-language website (e.g., English and Italian) simultaneously.
3. Map Options: ListingPro primarily supports Google Maps, but it also has integration with OpenStreetMap and MapBox, so you can use these alternatives for displaying maps on your website.
4. Elementor Compatibility: ListingPro is compatible with Elementor but not for building listing pages but can be used for other standard WordPress pages. ListingPro’s built-in page builder can handle most of the directory-specific pages, but you may still use Elementor for additional customization on non-listing pages.
Let us know if you have any more questions!

Hi,
I have an open support ticket (https://help.listingprowp.com/ticket/296481) that has no resolution and I am desperate.
It is still impossible to check the box “Everyone can register” in settings >> general All third-party plugins have been disabled See attached screenshot “wordpress_settings_inscription”
So when we are disconnected, the “princing plan” page does not open to register See attached screenshot “inscrption”.
Please Help me. It’s urgent
Best regards. Isabelle
Hi Isabelle,
Thank you for your message. As you know, the “Everyone can register” option is a WordPress feature and is not directly related to the theme. However, as a favor, we have enabled this option on the signup form by editing the theme files for you.
We kindly ask for your cooperation with the support team, as they are willingly working to resolve your issues. Thank you for your understanding, and feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.
Best regards,
Team Cridio
Thanks for your reply, I’ll test all this this afternoon and get back to you.
Sure, We will wait for your feedback
Hi Team,
Not sure if I am the only one. I would email support but got told you are not willing to help unless I pay for support on here.
Anyhow I think your Search location by GPS is broken. I allow all browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Edge and Brave) to accept location from the notification pop-up. All browsers have their extensions disabled and cache cleared before this and nothing happens when I click on the little Crosshair icon in the ‘Where’ field. Its trying to do something as it disappears after clicking it, which then you would assume it would show your location. I know this works on my browsers as I have checked your demo page here https://classic.listingprowp.com/ and it works fine. I am using the same theme.
Now I know this feature sort of works as when I start to type on the ‘Where’ field it shows the location I am searching for.
I have checked General in the ‘Themes’ settings and this is set to GPS. Note: This should be moved to the ‘Search’ section on the settings.
Please check on a local build on your end, and please let me know if you are willing to help me on this one. Anyone else have this issue or is it just me?
Regards
Just to add, on Firefox the ‘Crosshair’ icon auto disappears without even having the chance to click on it.
As I say it works without the GPS option as when you search it shows results based on your input. Just a shame the GPS option isn’t working as expected.
Hi PoppySigns,

Can we generate/crawl the list of businesses to fill the site instead of manually importing?
Hi gilcags,
Thank you for your question!
Unfortunately, ListingPro does not have a built-in feature for automatically crawling and generating a list of businesses. However, you can manually import business data using a CSV file, which can be bulk uploaded to your site.

Hi, please confirm whether the ListingPro Android Mobile App is based on Ionic or Flutter ? I have purchased your android app addon from your portal but it showing as ionic app.
If its ionic then your claim of flutter is not correct. Please clarify.
Also, do share the latest Android App Flutter Code addon file links along with the installation documentation procedure.
Hi banothkumar,
We sincerely apologize for the confusion and inconvenience caused.
You are absolutely right — it was mistakenly stated in the comments that the app is built with Flutter, but in reality, it is developed using Ionic.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are working to correct this information in comment section to avoid further misunderstandings.
Please let us know if you need any further assistance, and we’ll be happy to help.

Hi, can we add additional taxonomy using cubewp to listing post type and display them on search page side bar as search filters ?
Awaiting reply ?? How do we add additional taxanomy using cubewp in listingpro also show in search side bar filter in archive page.
To add additional taxonomies and show them in the search sidebar filter on the archive page, you’ll need to create forms using CubeWP.
This will allow you to define new taxonomies and integrate them into your search and filter options.
For a detailed guide on how to create custom post types and taxonomies using CubeWP, you can refer to this article:
https://docs.cridio.com/docs/classifiedpro/general/can-i-create-more-post-types-for-my-project/Thanks
Hi, we are discussing about ListingPro, the link you have shared is about ClassifiedPro? I tried this before but no result. Can you confirm whether CubeWP actually works with ListingPro for the above function?
