I would like to get a license reset please
I already reset your license 
Thank You. I was able to activate it. Now I am experiencing issues updating the Shock Core and importing demos.
The Shock Core error message is: Downloading update from https://codings.dev/package/plugins/shock-core.zip?ver=1730819927…
Download failed. Forbidden
And the import demo error message is:
Import Failed Whoops, there was a problem importing your content.
Import Failed An error occurred while fetching file from: https://codings.dev/package/demo-data/shock/home-pages/Home-3.xml! Reason: 403 – Forbidden.

Alternatively you can install the plugins manually, they are in the /plugins folder of the package you downloaded from ThemeForest.
Hi! Great theme. Have a couple of questions related to Home 2 – SHOCK’s template.
- How can I disable the search bar/buttom on the top right of the theme? I want only a simple landing page with no further thingies.
- I am not able to get working the #tags for navigating through the same page on the buttoms, is this a common problem with the theme or just me?
- Is there any way I can select how the slider is displayed on mobile view so it does not cut the head of everything?

3) In the responsive slider mode, the image is at the top and the text below. This is a complex slider and it is unlikely that you will be able to change this arrangement. If you could show me your website URL and we can take a look and tweak something with CSS.

When I purchased the theme it was my understanding that I would not need to purchase anything additional Elementor – Now it looks like the price list is only if I have pro. Please supply the code so I am not charged for pro as that was supposed to be part of the theme I purchased.

2. Please note that the theme utilizes the 1-Click Demo Import feature, which relies on WordPress’s default method for importing XML data.
It seems that your server may be missing a necessary PHP module, or there could be a security restriction preventing the use of WordPress’s XML import method.
I recommend checking the following with your web hosting support team:
PHP Memory Limit: Many demo imports require a significant amount of memory, and if the server’s PHP memory limit is too low, the import process can fail. Increasing the memory limit via the php.ini file or through hosting settings can resolve this issue.File Upload Limits: The server might have restrictions on the file upload size or post size, causing the demo import to fail. Adjusting the upload_max_filesize and post_max_size in the server’s PHP configuration can help.
Execution Time Limits: Importing demo data can be time-consuming, and if the PHP execution time limit is too short (max_execution_time), the process may time out. Increasing the execution time limit can resolve this issue.
Insufficient Server Resources: Some shared hosting environments don’t allocate enough CPU, RAM, or I/O resources, which can cause the import process to slow down or fail entirely.
Missing Required PHP Extensions: The demo import feature may require certain PHP extensions (e.g., cURL, file_get_contents) that are not enabled on the server. Ensure that all required extensions are installed and active.

The issue was with the Max Execution Time and Max Input Time, which are both set to 360. The recommended value is 900 or greater. Regards

Hi there, I have just installed the theme & demo. Using social media homepage 5 All the fontawesome icons appear in large sizes and there is no way I could find to reduce the size. Can you please advise a fix? thanks

Header and Footer look normal on homepage but different on inner pages?
There may be conditional settings, i.e. one Navbar is set to appear on the Home page and another Navbar is set to appear on a specific page.

If you are going to use only one Navbar and Footer across the entire site, go to Shock Theme > Global Sections and edit your section and choose to have it appear across the entire site.

WPML not working for custom Shock Elementor widgets.
When I am using WPML it doesn’t reconize all the custom Elementor widgets that Shock is using. I have to add custom XML settings to be reconized.
When I bought this theme it said it was compatible with WPML….
Is there a way to fix this?

Updated all, now it is almost working. Is translating the title widgets but not the paregraphs.

An alternative is to build your site with the SHOCK theme and create a multi-step form with another plugin, for example:

I’ve moved to a new hosting, and I am rebuilding the website, but when I add Purchase Code, it says “Purchase code is already in use. Make sure you have not activated on another website.” It’s for the same domain, but the old hosting site doesn’t exist any more after I cancelled, so not sure how I can disconnect it?

Maybe you are trying to add the logo in one place, but in another you have it conditional.
You need to look in 2 places:
1) Shock Theme > Customizer > Site Identity
2) Shock Theme > Global Sections > (Your Navbar Active) > “Edit With Elementor”
